  1. At least take the head off . Ive seen some crappy powervalve installs on dirtbikes thatcause seizure do to contact with power valve,Wot bog could be powervalve hanging up,im also not sure if thePV set up on cheetahs is the same on KXs. Definitally worth a shot
  2. Swap the coil from yours to his had similar problem on buddies bike,thought i was rich but turned out to be coil,(check caps first) thats easiest

Im assuming your using a fogger system,not the most tunable set up dapending on where your spraying,If your spraying before the air cleaner into the intake charge my buddy changed nothing,+4 timing ,same jets bikes been running for 2 years although i dont recommend it ,it works well.I prefer a wet shot due to theres no guessing on jetting.Personally if your gonna fog it richen up a size or two,put her at stock timing, check the plugs for color add timing from there

  5. You might want 2 check o-ring placement on inner hub,also make sure pressure plate is turned correctly seating against fibers

What position is your needle in,sounds to me like thats your issue,if its pulling good up top yuor main jet is fine,I would try richening your needle a liitle bit at a time,if it gets worse go the other way,are u running stock pilot jets,if so i would jump up 27.5 pilots and give it a try. A good set of reeds make a world of diffrence on a basically stock bike Just saw your running pods,might need to go up to a 290 or 300 main, your temp will make dif to rite now its 20 deg by me i would go with the 300 cold wheather still sounds like main is close try needles

  8. I do alot of messing around too,i run 17-39 with straight cut gears taller ratio, your bike might have more power than mine, im trying for 2-1 ratio once i get her tuned I run 19-8-10 sd23 american racers
  9. I have a 1-4 5th 6th clutch being cut rite now do you run a lock up with that set up, if so hows shifting

I just read your other two posts a little more carefully.Yes i did fix the idle screw or how else would it work,you might not know this but I replace stripped and broken parts before I install things,you also might not recognise them because i cleaned them.Another thing you might wanna start doing is losing the overflow tubes they look like garbage. I dont run them on anything. I also told you the first time i realized there was a serious problem was after fixing all the shit that was wrong i installed them and one slide wouldnt fit in other carb. yeh you did tell me slides were diffrent but no matter how u slice it(any one will tell u) a 35mm pwk slide will fit another 35mm pwk with no problem. you also did tell me carbs were diffrent but still 35s.Why would i need to see a pic of a 35mm carbs i know what they look like, Ialso new i wasnt getting new carbs, I accepted the flaws for what they were,fixed them and got on with my install.On the bike the bike with slide height equal carb pulled completely diffrent volumes.Hell I tried to put them on. when i was taking them off i measured them one was 36.4mm the other was 34.3mm give or take(using mic).Thats when i shot u a pm stating I figured out why you were having trouble with the carbs.there two diffrent sizes. you then shot me a nasty pm saying that i was trying to screw you( should of known dealing with new yorkers). I just wanted to bring it to your attention and get a refund u r the one taking too this level. Ive never screwed a single person too my knowledge and if i did i would make it rite.I deal with many people from this site not selling or purchasing things,they trust me with there machines.I really dont know where you get off. Do you honestly think all these members would put there credit on line if i was lying. This would be great lenghts to go for a 200 lye. I think what really happenned is you didnt know they were diffrent and now your pissed. im no liar and far from a bad guy if i recall the first time i talked too you ,you were having trouble with your bike and Itold you bring it too ny and i would fix it no charge in one day remember,thats coming from a real bad guy rite there. I have nothing to hide or lose.

Again i will state what do i have to gain,if i got my money back you would surely get your carbs back,so if there so worth it just take them back ther useless to me .I bought my cousin brand new pwks because i felt horrible. Those pics were to show what. I dont even care anymore I learned my lesson. It was a $325 lesson for new carbs but im over it. FYI both my bikes run 39mm pwk and i would never downgrade. I can tell your a fellow street racer just by the terminology u use ! "bad carbs this bad carbs that" sound like a bunch of bitches !!! I dont want to hear about any more We will settle it up on the street like men .     Lock-up

    My tranny is at FAST right now hes going to get it cut,1-4 5th/6th clutch my lockup will soon follow. I almost went with an air shifter set up and lock-up instead of tearing her down again air shifter set-up automatically cuts ignition to allow shifting but the one i like is $700 so needless to say shees in peices again hoping to be ready in a couple of weeks someone on here thinks im a lying scumbag and wants to race for money so im hoping its back in time

Loco your 100% right, I tried to resolve this over the phone yesterday but im not getting a call back, right now we sound like a bunch of bitches talking on the computer Ill tell you what kind of guy I am, like i said in previous pm to you i will hold the carbs till you come too ny in a couple of weeks,Look at them right in front of me and tell me #1 there not yours,#2there both 35s. Ive said enouph im done im over it. all this aggrivasion not even for myself is where it sucks.All my friends are just trying to help me out on a bad deal.I told my wifes cousin hes spent $spent 200 dollors on worse shit You got my # call me IF YOU STILL WANT TO RACE YOU NEED TO CALL ME TO SQUARE AWAY SOME SHIT,(punk out money ect)

Hers another after the responce i sent him come on dude the carbs are 35's the idle screw rubber screw was broke that was it they the same size they were on a running bike that kicked ass please i bought them rite off of the bike dont give me this i dont need 200 dollars that bad hell one carb sells for 175 dude this is ridicoulous i will only do local sales for this reason alone i have quality shit your talkin bout my cylinders they are better than that stock shit by far. Stock cylinders are garbage i tell you what i will be in brooklyn and queens next month we can run heads up for whatever amount you wanna since your reputable builder knows so much look up sanfords atv hes the best you will find out oh yeah 500 minimum big shot i will bring fred if you raise the pot and lock in punk out money we are for real by the looks of your banshee in the pick we mite set you out a few bikes. Let me know what you think then after we blow you off the road we mite tune them carbs that you bought to make your bike a little faster not a pig

Im not so good at copying and computer shit, i told this guy i had no reason too lie which is true and five site members saw me pull them out of the box, i dont care about the money,just wanted working carbs, i new they would be rough for 200 dollars but didnt know diffrent size carbs is the hot set up now. yeh i contacted him like a human letting him know the reason they were not not working for his application was because they were diffrent sizes and untunable together he answered me back telling me i was trying to screw him by switching carbs out.this guy is supposidly coming to new york soon and not only is he insulting me by calling me a liar and cheat but now he wants to race me for money because i called his vitos sleeper cylinders junkwhatever Toooooo much shit talking for me at 5:13 am So basically i just told him he can see for himself(because im a liar) and he can also spot my"stock cylinder junk" out in the1/4,track/street whatever THe reason this is such a big deal is my wifes cousin gave me the money to buy the carbs for him,hes a young site member(no job no money) he bought it with money from christmas and now i feel an obligation to make it right with him.Im not even saying it was intentional or he ment it but why make accusations at me .He had acouple of sets for sale maybe a cross up happened but with his actions im not sure.Im stuck in a vicous triangle (wife)(her cousin)(NCBANSHEE) it sucks At least ill get a race!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  21. Call up a parts guy (FAST RACING) tell him u need the rubber inserts behind the basket,chances are if there gone yuor basket could be worn also,new basket is $150 inner hub $30 , outer hub $20, new baket comes with rubber inserts. I would replace it before something else goes wrong

  24. You can do it,make sure you use good heat shrink,prep it with tinning flux so u dont have to kill it with heat use good solder i like sterling 40/60,I cut harnesses all the time
