More than likely you need too clean them carbs alittle better,not saying you didnt clean them good but its a startand only takes 20min,

Im running a rocket ship of a drag port from jeff (stock cyl) there is no dead spot ,plenty of bottom end,so much im having a hard time shiftng due to holding on My motor would be 100% dunable if i wanted, I took it in the woods up state from me it was sick

I was thinking of getting nology coil, like NYUK said ill just mount coil diffrently,im not changing my cdi loc it looks too good where it is

Sometimes it better to be good-n-tite then torqued Also remember torq value decreases if you use extensions anyway so use better judgement and u will b fine

I had similar problem on the first cub i ever did, i used pipe dope to seal plugs, use some three-bond case sealer and it will be OK

No doubt its harder to troubleshoot, but def looks good,def takes skill,dont start choppin till u do some research

I need a stock cylinder stator side at very least or will take pair , needs to be stock bore or clean .20 over bore

I have front and backset of stock shocks with black springs, were only on bike for a few rides then shee has never seen dirt 200 plus shipping or makle offer shocks off 06 shee I have pods for stock carbs (one is a little sqished from tire but new and useablew/outerwares 50 shipped

You Shouldnt have to fox with any of the gears just the washer hits, I have 2-cubs and a stock cyl bike all with overides allwith stock cluth cover nothing was an issue except the washer, your pump gear might look like its hitting but i duobt it

I dont know much about whats going on here but what i do know Jeff at F.A.S.T final results. With his help i now have a stock cylinder monster that beats two of my friends cleaned up cubs one of them being from passion. I gave him a deadline he met it , I need parts there here in two days, I need advise he always calls me back even as late as midnight on some occasions.I was tuning my bike for a race, icalled him at 11:30 at night and he picked up ( I dont know any other builder who would) Thats all enouph to keep my business

If they are straight cuts in the overide ratio, i ran into a similar problem, I had to take the E-clip off water pump and swap the washer for a smaller one the size of the clip, i had first thought it was hitting alot of other stuff but turned uot to be nothing, try removing it and spinning the motor

I just got done assembling a 4 mil stroker cub, pump gas domes what do u guys think will be a starting point with 35mil pwks iwas thinking 170 main to be safe 52 pilot cel needle let me no what u think will be firing it up in an hour or two its a421 buy the way
