yeah,I know. I didnt realize the metal noise was only when you were moving. But when you put a load on the bike things change. I'm out of ideas.

I've prsonally never had a banshee crank out.I would say the rod bearings though.Pull the stator side off the motor and look for metal filings,Maybe the flywheel or something in there is rubbing if your lucky.if not pull the clutch cover and see if any metal.Did you drain the oil and inspect it for metal? I guess you did chnge the oil,how did it look?

crank,you'll have to split the case. Once you get in there you should be able to see whats going on. Did you ever pull the clutch cover? Could be in the clutch also,but metal on metal doesnt sound like clutch to me. Keep us updated.

impact should remove that dude.Motion Pro makes the clutch holing tool though.Check it out here

The brass tube is normal.Just clean those up and put it together and if it leaks you need to replace those needle valve seats.

apparently I tightened the screws to much.I loosened the screws and it stopped dripping. I will remove the valve and do the yamabond like you said.thanks.

My valve has been on there for three days and all the sudden this morning its dripping.I am pretty sure its coming from the rubber gasket. anyone put gaket sealer or anything on there? I put the teflon on properly and tightened that all up.

out of curiosity,did you pull the jets and completely remove the carbs from the bike and disect them on a bench to 100% clean those biatches?

maybe just pull that ground bolt and clean ther and reinstall.worth a shot. actually my bike ran with that out.Just blew the headlight bulbs
