Idid the same thing.Use some heat and bend it back.I ground down some flat steel to fit back there and welded it in place.A little paint and you cant tell at all.Strong as hell now.
sound like you need to sync your carbs cick here The overflow bottle is not required.Alot of guys(including myself) have eliminated it and ran the overflow tube down the frame,to just drain on the ground.
remove the bolts on the side of the jugs.Pull the water pump cover. edit: yeah,soak it up with paper towel if its in the cylinders.Maybe a wet/dry vac.
I used to run the EHS lid (its just an outerwear) and it worked good.One time it clogged affter several days in the sand.I never tried the K&N lid.I prefer pods now.I only ride sand. sorry no help here.
what year is the bike?I say you pull the airfilter and give it a good cleaning.Pull the carbs and do the same thing.Go ahead and replace the plugs.Put in some new gas and don't forget the oil.Try those things and check back. Probably want to check the compression also.

Hall built a old friend of mines LT500 quadzilla and the SOB was very fast.I dont know of any Banshees hes built though. I'm sure he can do a good job. I.ve never talked to him.
