I ran my 4 mil cub at 15-42 with 75" rollout 10 paddle haulers. I am a skinny bastard though, so I can gear a little higher then most.

Yeah I will keep the results all year. I will post the last weeks results, and the over all results every week..

You are another one of those non thinking not believing people....

Here are the vids mike wanted me to post up... My raptor isnt a rocket, but is no slouch by any means. It has a cam, DMC dual pipes, intake, and a dyno tune, and mikes bike KILLS mine. Im on mikes bike and my bro is on mine, so the weight difference is only about 10lbs. Race 1 Troy and I jumped on mike on this race and he still catches and passes us easily. Race 2

I dont know about a sticker, but you can get vinyl wrap. The orange tank and rad cover part of my wifes banshee is vinyl for now. Its getting painted now, but the pic is vinyl.

Im pretty sure if you are not making a profit the the music you are in the clear. I am in support of your DVD project 100%, let me know what kind of DVDs you are going to use and I will hook you up with a bunch as my contribution to your project. (Ive got a hookup on DVD's and CD's) Ill get them to you if we get together next weekend. :thumbsup:

It would be best to get the kit so you can adjust the idle with the screws. Is the TORS messed up? Ive never taken it off without the kit so I dont know what to unhook.

Couple things... You are going to have the jugs off to PC them arent you? If so, just mask everything off, and paint them how you want em. Something to think about, you are into the build this deep, you have everything apart now, it would be VERY easy to split the cases and check everything out. How much time is on the motor? If you need your crank welded, this would be a good time, if any seals or bearings need checked, good time for that too. Just something to think about since you are in the build this far anyway. I think you would like the cases powdercoated better then painted too. Gas will eat the paint off, and the PC is a little tougher then paint when it comes to gas ect... Just my 2 cents, either way will work fine. :thumbsup:

Get some aircraft stripper to strip them. It will take paint off anything.

The new raptors are no joke. A month ago and on labor day I beat a 421 on alky with majicmikes raptor, and 4 mil stock cylinder bikes are no challenge with it. The banshee is the king of the drag strip, but all im saying is people are going to have to more then a stock cylinder 4 mil to beat the some raptors that are running around.

I need to give you a call about that Jeff. I will give you a ring next week sometime when I am over this damn cold, I can barley talk right now. But yes, I am going to need some port work done.

I love these pipes, but I want to get the black label Barkerout frames for my Raptor. I would be able to take them off till the 24th of this month, but would like to see if anybody is intersted. $410 shipped. Here are the pics. These pipes RIP on my bike, really the only reason I am selling is because I am going internal and barkers are suppose to be the way to go for internal mods.

Not really, if you go too big you will not have a dune bike, you will have a drag bike. Drag bikes suck ass to just dune ride. The biggest I would go for a dune bike would be a 421 cub. Thats a 4mil cub. I had one, it was damn fast and was duneable. Here is the thing, you get a cub you are going to need an lockup, the lockup cover, the cylinders, pistons, head, different pipes, more swingarm... there is a lot to it. If you have the $$ go for it, but do some research on stock cylinder ports before you buy a cub motor. There are plenty of damn fast and very strong stock cylinder dune bikes out there.
