1. Just checking to see if these are good swingarms (high quality/strong) from SLC Quad Customs that I saw on ebay... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/CUSTOM-4130...1QQcmdZViewItem Is $463.50 a good price shipped and powdercoated with bearing?
2. Looking to sell my 2003 Yamaha Raptor 660. It has been a great bike and has had the oil changed twice a year and valves checked every spring. Even received wash after EVERY ride! I hate to sell it since it has never let me down, but I have to because my Banshee build went a "little" over budget. The Raptor has the following upgrades: -DMC Alien full exhaust w/spark arestor -Pro Flow Adaptor w/ UNI filter and pre-filter -Kenda Knarley MXR rear tires on Douglas Red label Wheels -Moose front bumper -Rebel Riders Rear grab bar -AC Racing Black nerf bar -Pro Taper Bars with Shogun bar mount -Race cut front fenders -Twist Throttle -Comes with Certificate of Origin and Repair manual on CD $3500

3. I would be interested in the AC Pro Peg Nerf bars if the price is right! If you decide to part it out, let me know what you want for them.
4. I'll get my email in there also...still interested! [email protected]
5. Do you have any other pics of the pipes at all? Are you interested in painted black radiator cowl and gas tank cover?
6. That is what I wanted to hear!!!
7. Interested in just the fronts if you want to split them up. Do you have any pics?
8. I borrowed a leakdown tester from Rippen (thanks again man!) and the plugs for the intakes are a little big for my teenie-weenie intakes and blow out within a couple minutes at 6psi. I can hold 3psi for 20 min or longer without even a slight dip in the needle. Is this okay since it is half the compression at twice the time or is the full 6psi required to get a good reading?
9. Get a K&N recharger kit to clean the filter. It comes with the cleaner and the oil. Check out www.rockymountainatv.com for the kit and also for the outerwears for the filter. They have great prices and a great website!
10. Yes I have heard that a matchbook cover will work for the pick up coil if your don't have feeler guages.
11. Pick up gap is between the pickup coil and the "nub" of the flywheel. It should be in the .020-.030 range.
12. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: That's good!!!
13. Do you have any pics of them? Are they regular Haulers or Extremes?

16. PM Sent...
17. How much just to sell them outright?
18. If you go to Pep Boys and pick up a set of the license plate Led bolts, and pick up 2 small L brackets from a hardware store, you have esentially the same thing at a fraction of the cost. That's what I did, and they are super bright and are for a 12v system. If you need I can take some pics for ya...
19. I guess I got off track a little bit...mainly asking if there is anything in the clymers that may be wrong or tricks that they don't explain to make the build easier/better. Or maybe parts that fail that need to be examined closer due to known failure. I just don't want to get it all put back together and say "F@$K, I wish I had done that while I was in there!!!" If the budget were bigger, then I definetly would be getting bigger pipes, carbs, swingarm...but those are add ons as soon as I sell my raptor!!! BTW: Bansh-eman, thanks for recommendation on Kevin at Herr Jugs Racing...What a great guy and his work looks real good!!!
20. I did get the following also: -billet impeller -billet clutch basket with new clutch -pancake bearing -kickstart idler gear bushing -new inner & outer clutch hubs -going to mod the shift star myself anything else?
21. Getting ready to put my engine back together after being ported, new crank ect. and was wondering if there is anything I need to watch out for that the clymer manual might be missing or inaccurate? I have all new seals, bearings ect. so I think I am good there, but any other thoughts would be much appreciated!
22. If your still looking into the 18's, let me know as I have some Kenda Knarleys on 8" Douglas Red wheels that I could sell you!
23. I'll sell you a whole set of FMF Gold Series Gnarly Pipes w/ FMF Powercore 2 silencers for $200 if your interested.
24. Not to hijack Firehead's thread, but how much for your t5s?
