Are you running the stock or toomey needle? I had better luck with the stock needles when I had my stock carbs.

I have T-6's and I like them. A lot better than stock pipes! I've talked to a few builders and they said with the porting I am going to get I would be ok with T-6's They all said that I wouldn't see as much top end as I would with T-5's. I would trade the DG's for T-6's any day.

I got my intake yesterday. VERY NICE. I'm still shocked I got a brand new Boss Racing intake for $63 shipped. yam_fan . . . I see how you were missing bolts now too. One bag of my bolts was broken open and floating around in the box.
