  1. Mine got "sluggish" with the toomey needles but I didn't get to do any adjustments since I have tore the motor down for winter rebuild. Let me know if you get it tuned with those toomey needles or decide to go back to stock needles...
  2. I thought I read on here that Wiseco manufactures Vito's pistons... ???
  3. Ok. Just so you know for future reference McMaster Carr has that size for $14.00 Part Number 26565A373
  4. What size do you need?
  5. Holy yamabond! Looks like the "crank" did a money shot on your cases! LOL!
  6. www.mcmaster.com
  7. Straight engine ice and skip the inline cooler. Maybe a pro design impeller if you got the $$$
  8. I would also be interested in a radiator cover.
  9. Rebuild kit NOSS Head Porting Small accessories AND A baby crib All the other baby stuff that my hormone enraged pregnant wife says... :ermm:
  10. Nice article... I was wanting to make some small carbon fiber parts and this gave me the info I need to order some materials.
  11. When I installed my T6's I couldn't get it to idle consistantly. I ended up going to a 27.5 pilot and it is fine now.
  12. Thanks dajogejr. I'm going to take them to work tomorrow to measure because my cheap calipers are giving me a very small number... 63.73MM
  13. Nobody knows how to measure a piston...
  14. Bump... I found some info on the net but I'm unsure if it is the same for two stroke pistons??
  15. I tore my engine down for rebuild and upgrades and I'm wondering how and where to measure the piston to determine if it is stock bore or oversize...? They are factory pistons and have a "G" on the dome. Not sure what the G means, if anything. My shee is a 2000 and the person I bought it from says it was never tore down (original owner), but you never know. Thanks in advance.
  16. We'll, I ended up taking the engine out of my shee to prepare for my winter build. I'm still wanting to hear what people think about stock carb needles...
  17. If your looking for 70+ HP your T6 pipes are not the best choice... I'm not knocking T6's... I have and like them, they do what I need them to do! Hell of a lot better than stockers!!!
  18. I have not adjusted the clip position yet... probably this weekend if I have time. Mods added to my sig.
  19. I did some searching on here about needles and found that some say the stock ones are best and others say Toomey's are good and so on and so forth. I put the Toomey needles in my machine and it seems like the mid range went flat... Let's get all the opinions in one thread!!
  20. 8 YEARS??? WOW! I would also like to see a picture of them!
  21. Thanks for the replys guys... I gotta call him and let him know. Before I do, I know what he's going to ask me so I'll ask you guys first... Don't laugh too hard... What about a stroker plate? I don't think they fit cub cyls but I have to ask because he will want me too!! Thanks again.
  22. My friend got a cub cylinder cheap because the bore was scratched. It is currently out for replating and he wanted me to ask you guys what would be necessary to make this cub compatable with a 4 mil stroker crank. The cub came off of a stock stroke machine. Thanks!
  23. When you say "hole" do you mean cylinder??? Is this the first time you had this apart? I'm trying to comprehend what you are trying to say and I am assuming that one of the stock reed stops is bent way up as compared to the rest...
