    Their website says that you got to have spark arrestors... I've been there MANY times and trust me... they won't check. The trailer trash / crack whore who works at the gate doesn't know what a spark arrestor is let alone a silencer.

    You can get the tool from Jeff @ FAST. I got mine on ebay, search VW carb My # at idle was right under 5.

    Shee ran great! This new build with Flotek porting runs like a champ! Me and my buddy rode for about 5 hours. There were about 8 - 10 other shee's there, mostly guys running FMF pipes who apparently have no clue on how to jet a bike! I raced a guy on a 450R suzuki and he was pissed, he just couldn't understand how I could beat him... :biggrin:

    I live in Otterbein. Near West Lafayette. Any of you guys got anywhere good to ride??? On the other hand... I bought my son (9) a PW80 off ebay the other day... lost spark. NOT! More like lost compression, oh well! Less than $70 to totally rebuild it!

    I have found yamaha of troy to be cheaper than most on OEM parts.

    He's probably right... Mine did the same thing w/ similar mods and I went to 27.5's and it fixed it.

    The point is to sell you jets you probably don't need and to number these jets in a way that nobody can help you out...
