  1. I ordered a case saver and a quick drain water pump from TM Designworks and both came with the wrong size bolts for mounting! I emailed them a few minutes ago... interested to see what they have to say, if anything... Here is what I sent them: Hi, I ordered a case saver and quick drain water pump cover for my banshee. They are very nice products BUT they both came with the wrong size bolts. The bolts for the quick drain are so small they fell into the tapped holes on the case cover. The bolts for the case saver are so big they don't even fit through the holes in the case saver!! (these bolts are not the correct thread either...). Nice products but you gotta send the correct bolts with them! Thank goodness the magentic drain plug fit!!!
  2. Anything can be done with enough time, money, and work. Is that worth putting a banshee motor in a warrior? No.
  3. The only thing reed spacers are good for are to make large carbs clear the clutch arm.
  4. I got the studs out. Ordered new studs and nuts.
  5. Figured I would install my new rear sprocket while I'm waiting on my cylinders to get back from Flotek... Took a quick look at my manual and thought to myself "huh, those nuts didn't seem like they were torqued to 43 ft/lbs" but since the book says so I started at 20, then 30, 40, then tried to get to 43... that didn't happen. Upon further investigation I found out I was in the older section of the manual that covered the older sprocket carrier (the 4 bolt one...) the newer 6 bolt on is torqued to 17 ft/lbs. F-it. I'm done for the day!
  6. Anybody know of a good iPhone app that you can send and recieve picture text messages? NO MMS SUX! Other than that... love my iPhone.
  7. If it revs out ok I would run it as is. a little rich is better than a little lean!
  8. I got my cascade clutch adjustment / bearing today and need to know how to properly adjust it. I was kinda surprised they dont send any instructions with it. Don't want to fry a brand new clutch! Help! FYI - tried to do a search but just kept getting a server error.
  9. It says right on their website that they might not completely seal on the cage. Look at their website, I believe it is under the FAQ section.

  12. I totally agree!
  13. Bogs out where in the RPM & throttle position? Needing the choke to run correctly means your jet(s) are lean.
  14. My buddy has a 450r with the holeshot style tires, forget what brand but they are an XC or GNCC. THEY BLOW. We take bets on how many times he gets stuck on the trail. In ANY amount of mud they are done.
  15. Gettin' ready to hit you up for some parts for my rebuild. I was surprised when I was comparing your prices to some of the bigger names, RMATV, magic racing, moto-man, etc... Now that your a site sponsor its an easy decision!
  16. I had to put 27.5 pilots in mine to get it to idle and come off idle correctly. Did you try adjusting your air screw?
  17. As firehead would say... Word
  18. Totally agree. "make an offer" is crap.
