Dont go out past 2 1/2 turns. If you need to go out more then 2 1/2 turns. You will need the next size smaller pilot jet.

The air screw plays a big role in the first 1/3 of the throttle. It can make a huge differents in how a bike will take off.

Running it lean will make it run hot. Or cause it to melt a hole in the pistion etc.ect.

I would get a Noss head. Alittle more then the reeds but better investment for now. IMO

I would put the 260 jets in that you have. Have you played with the air screws? How many turns out are air screws?

Try drop needle one clip. Then try ajusting the air screw. If that makes it worse, rase the needle clip up one. See what that will do.
