My engine builder put the motor together. So I am pritty sure that it is in spec. I put them both in to begin with but my builder reinstalled everything.
I havent had this happem befor where I ride. When I got to the sand it was frequent. I assume it had sompthing to do with really opening up the motor in the sand. I think I have a video of it happing wile climbing a hill. If I do I wont beable to post it tell I get the video from by brother...
I was thinking about trying to use a stiffer spring on the shift pro kit,

I have a moded shift star and pro shift kit on both my bikes. I just got back from the sand dunes yesterday. I was having a problen with shifting on my play bike. It kept going between gears when I would down shift. Causeing me to louse every bit of speed I had. It was csarey the first cupple times it happened. Thought I broke some stuff. Same thing with up shifting, kept getting stuck between the gears.
I am going to get rid of one of them. Not sure wich one thow.
My K&N lid has a outerwear filter that goes over the K&N filter. It does use vlecro to hold the outerwears in place but mine is rock solid. Just do a little prep work befor appling the velcro.
Just got my rimes in the mail today. Their was some people wanting to know how much they weigh.
Well it was 6.2 pounds for a singel black 10 inch rime C-Series Sport Wheel.
Now does anybody know what the Quad rock rime weigh?
My Hauler extremes weigh around 15 pounds 21-12-8 10 paddel on dougles .125 rims 7 psi
When setting the float hight on carbs. How high do I set them. I have a set of 35 PWK carbs and a set of 39's
Do I set then the same as stock carbs?

Depends if you bought the filter kit. If you just bought the filter then you will need to buy the adapter plate seperetly. I have a used one if your interisted, send PM.

I think a inner clutch boss only coast like $20 bucks. I thought it was a big ticket item like a stock stator and fly wheel but it was not. I got mine from Jeff at Fast.

Wish I could get someone to sponsered me and my Banshee. I was looking for sompthing that burned cleaner then the caster 927. This redline stuff is only $40 a gallon and burns cleaner. So I think I am sold.
My new 4 mill motor is like that. At BDC. The pistion sits above the bottom of the exhost port. When I first saw that I was like WTF. but dident question it after I road it.
With my 421 motor. At BDS the pistion sits flush with the pistion. Dont know I am even more confused now.
I think that K&T porformance it a big T-rex builder. They should beable to help.
