  1. Mine on my 68mm cub came to me at .016 I believe. I thought that was a little big.
  2. Hell I'll trade my 4mil cub for a full '08 Yfz. It's got an override, 4mil crank from M&M, pump gas domes. Been ridden probably 5 times since I put it back together. I'm in OK too. Send me some pics of the bike.
  3. Hope you don't take any of that anger out on the wifey
  4. Well I won't comment on the price then, but I agree. That swinger is trash man. I would feel bad if I sold it to anyone and they attempted to weld it up and then it went boom. That thing needs some major bracing/sleeving to even touch going on a bike.
  5. Last time I put mine together it wouldn't go completely into 1st gear either. Once it was all back together though and rolling around the driveway it was fine.
  6. The clutch basket and inner/outer hub will have to come off to get to the 1/2 moon piece that holds the cases together/holds bearings in.
  7. Stock head can be modified. But a coolhead setup will allow you to change domes easily. I'd recommend NOSS, or any of hte site sponsor builders if you want to talk to a builder about specific dome configurations.
  8. Redline or White Knuckle would both be great to go to. Both build some damn fast motors.
  9. Where are you located?
  10. The wompus comes in alot of different port layouts I believe. The serval cub will be more duner friendly than a cheetah cub.
  11. I should be coming up from the DFW area, probably Thursday or Friday night. Hopefully will have a decent trailer by then.
  12. Possibly. I sprayed soapy water over the entire motor and only found issues at the crank key. Sealed it up (which it could still be leaking I guess) and it still leaked and I said eff it. Been running since.
  13. Hell I had one lose 3-4 in 6 minutes, didn't leak anywhere that I could find. Tried sealing up the clutch side keyway and I guess it was still leaking some. I'm running it anyways. Been to the dunes twice and the track once and no ill problems.
  14. Pretty sure it's not your fault? Or the course should have insurance or something like that. I sure as hell wouldn't pay
  15. And the girlies drinking 6.0 beer strike again. You guys will never learn that really only affects 1 out of every 6 beers or so
  16. Kind of, but not exactly in this method. Any competent shop will be able to measure the bore and then you can decide what next overbore to go to. Order the pistons. Then the shop can match the bore exactly to the pistons, seeing as they are not all exactly 64.00mm or 65.00 mm, etc.
  17. This question doesn't have an answer. All the big builders will give you a "drag port job". If you wanna go really fast, give them your CC # and tell them to have at it.
  18. These things are damn nice, spinning the motor is so much nicer than having to pick it up and turn it around.
  19. Had you ran anything else on the Serval to be able to compare them to?
  20. I kinda figured the same. Thanks
  21. I realized a little after you said it was just a stock cylinder at Spring Break it was probably a wampus. Very impressive numbers.
  22. I'm not sure of a shop in that area, but only go as big as you have to. Have them figure out what size it needs, then buy pistons, then have them bore to that size.
  23. Could be the clutch slipping some. Does it sound like it revs up a bit right after you shift?
