Judging by how it'll start when you pour gas in the carb but then dies, sounds like you're not getting fuel, not trying to be a smartass but are you sure the gas is on?
You may need to go up a little on the main, but since you still have stock pipes you're not really able to push more air through, just pull more in. You're really killin your performance with the stock pipes too.
I don't/didn't really do alot of hard riding on those rims either, minimal jumps if anything and some trail riding and dragging. If you aren't riding MX I would think it would be ok.
Same problem here man. I called Jeff and I don't think he had softer springs for the stock carbs (which is what i have, didn't look at your sig). I'm going to cut my stock springs to see if i can soften it up some.
I didn't even really think about it changing around the molecular structure of the metal. I just wanted 'em black so took 'em down and had 'em powdercoated. I assume they're still holding up good.
Alright gettin the shifter from Doyle, and the deal I had for the rest seems to have fell through or my PM's don't seem to be going out???
Still need the shift shaft and kickstarter a.s.a.p.!
Probably not, at least that I know of. My buddy just needs a set of rear shee rims to mount some paddle tires on so I'm lookin for somethin real cheap.
Never seen any real tests but all I've ever seen is that the T-6's are more of a "mid" pipe and the T-5 is "mid-high" rpm. Also get an adjustable timing plate to advance the timing and raise your compression. Those will both help with the low-end
