  1. If you were to do this and didn't get both springs the same would there be any problems in the carbs not syncing up?
  2. I 2nd the aviator's
  3. PM austinoneal on the forum, he's got a key switch he took off his that I'm sure he'd sell. Tell him David sent you.
  4. Judging by how it'll start when you pour gas in the carb but then dies, sounds like you're not getting fuel, not trying to be a smartass but are you sure the gas is on?
  5. What domes to run for pump gas will vary according to your elevation and temperature you ride.
  6. Not sure of the thickness. The rears were the factory aluminum 400ex's and the fronts were just steel rims from RockyMountain.
  7. You may need to go up a little on the main, but since you still have stock pipes you're not really able to push more air through, just pull more in. You're really killin your performance with the stock pipes too.
  8. I don't/didn't really do alot of hard riding on those rims either, minimal jumps if anything and some trail riding and dragging. If you aren't riding MX I would think it would be ok.
  9. Same problem here man. I called Jeff and I don't think he had softer springs for the stock carbs (which is what i have, didn't look at your sig). I'm going to cut my stock springs to see if i can soften it up some.
  10. I didn't even really think about it changing around the molecular structure of the metal. I just wanted 'em black so took 'em down and had 'em powdercoated. I assume they're still holding up good.
  11. I LOOOVE that helmet
  12. Alright gettin the shifter from Doyle, and the deal I had for the rest seems to have fell through or my PM's don't seem to be going out??? Still need the shift shaft and kickstarter a.s.a.p.!
  13. Not sure how complex these things are but could it be some kind of air leak? I.E. an intake boot or maybe a head gasket leak?
  14. I'd say with those pipes and the K&N pods you'd be somewhere around a 320-330, but that could also depend alot on what kind of port you have.
  15. Yeah I think they are, it's awesome how much they show up in satellite pictures.
  16. Never used solidworks but I just got done with ProE last semester. Some pretty cool stuff on it.
  17. PM Austinoneal, he should have the key switch and headlights, tell him I sent you.
  18. That one of nightime coming over Europe is sweet
  19. No shit? That's awesome, never figured I'd win but thought it'd be worth a shot. I'm PM'in you right now.
  20. I'm with gimmeabeer, I'm not registered up here at school so I wasn't able to vote. Can I still bitch tho
  21. Probably not, at least that I know of. My buddy just needs a set of rear shee rims to mount some paddle tires on so I'm lookin for somethin real cheap.
  22. How much you lookin to get for the rear rims? I'm guessing they're banshee bolt pattern.
  23. You may not have the power to pull the gearing you have. I experience this in the sand b/c it robs so much power.
  24. Never seen any real tests but all I've ever seen is that the T-6's are more of a "mid" pipe and the T-5 is "mid-high" rpm. Also get an adjustable timing plate to advance the timing and raise your compression. Those will both help with the low-end
  25. Count me in too please
