  1. I personally think its your jetting... I could be wrong but i think 310 mains for sst on a stock motor is just to big if a jet you might just be drowning your carbs with gas by the time you hit 6th have you tried a plug chop?

I think your fine if your runnin a chocolate color but if your still a little skeptic try goin down to 270 mains jet. you will run a little leaner so that might take you to that light brown color you want. i personally like runin slight richer but regardless give it a try with 270 mains and update me.

Yh 4 ounce to a gallon is 32:1 thats good mix ratio and if theres no bubbles in the over flow tank then now atleat you no your not leak any water through your head gasket so your ok there. another thing thing that can cause burnin of white smoke is if you over filled the radiator and over flow thank but i dout thats your problem man... usually with fmf sst ive heard that peopl change there pilot jets becuase of runnin lean but im not to sure with these pipes ive always been a toomeys and cpis fan... let me no your status ima try n help you the best i can

To check if your burning coolant or have a head leak start the bike and take of the the seat and the lid of the coolant resivor if its bowin bubbles its time to replace your head gasket if it continues to bubble after you change your gasket, you might have a leak on your base gaskets most of the time that your burinin coolant is due to head gasket leaks.
  6. Cookie man thats seems to be right you are running rich! if you say it runs fines and you dont have no power lag of any kind i personally would leave it as is! Running rich is always better you run less chances of blowin and is safer for the pistons, on the other hand if you do tune it to that point were your plugs are light brown, you'd gain a little more power but would be running leaner id go rich man ive personally have blown for runnin to lean so rich is better i learned the hard way! a little tunning couldnt hurt if you no what your doing.
  7. ok In the front were the disc is the little hose that goes connected to the brakes through which the fluid goes throgh... kind of complicated lol i no but anywayz when i squeeze my breaks it just leaks all the fluid through the bolt i want to no how i can fix it or wut the problem might b...

Hey guys what up heres the deal i need some help i want to have a diffrent set of rims with street tires for my banshee and they are selling me some stock blaster rims for my bike do you think they would fit? they are 8X8 's another thing is ive heard rumers that if u run ATF instead of motor oil the banshee runs way better, smoother shifting and all should i do the switch to ATF (Automatic Tranmission Fluid)... my last thing is im leakin break fluid well let me know what you guys
  9. what elevation and temps are you riding in? what mods are on your bike? what timing are you runing your bikeon? his domes dont mean jackshit to you if your in a differant climate or altitude Ok People Well heres the deal right now on my bike i have front 16T sproket, T5 pipes with 280 main jets, K&N airfilter, No Snorkel on air box lid, V Force 3, and iam goin to instal a timing plate... I live in Florida so the elavation shouldnt be to high and its always warm or hot here... Another question i have guys is once i shave the heads or put the cool/noss heads should i re jet my bike... not only that ima switch over to two K&N uni filters.... so Wut should i do guys???
  10. Ok People Well heres the deal right now on my bike i have front 16T sproket, T5 pipes with 280 main jets, K&N airfilter, No Snorkel on air box lid, V Force 3, and iam goin to instal a timing plate... I live in Florida so the elavation shouldnt be to high and its always warm or hot here..;.

Ok sounds like a plan i was thinking the same thing ok heres the next thing i want to gain as much compression as i can using 93 Octaine (PUMP GAS) what cool head and domes would you recommend i get.... i would i have to re jet my bike??? not only that with the coolhead or noss head would i have to buy anything else to complete the set up example meaning gaskets or domes or something????

Heres the deal people, i have a 2006 Shee with T5's, 280 mikuni hex jets, K&N air filter, sprockets, and next on my list i was planning on shaving my heads but before i do that i wanted to no whether it was just b better to by a noss head or cool head instead of shaving my factory head overall i need some opinions please respond as soon as possible as im hoping to do this as quick as possible...

Dam you got a Cub on ur bike that thing must b fliyin I was at some races sunday night and some guy had a cub on his he was runnin 110 mph no problem on race gas, those things are wild lol... but yh how would i go about syncronizing the carbs??? and what do you use to clean the carbs i used normal gas when i used to clean my friends carbs...

Ok koo ill do that once i get the needles im not sure when tho... i no ima have the jets on friday so ima install them myself u got any pointers or tips to help out so that i wont end up screwin something up lol im just that type of lucky person sometimes lol and about the toomey needle things i dont know what to tell you, we called and spoke to someone there and thats what they told us... so i just take there word for it...
  15. Well yesterdai i went and bought the jets i called toomey and asked them what size needles came with thier kit n dey said .74 so i bought everything seperate instead of the kit way.... cheaper. I got a 4 Pack of 280 hex main 3$ and a 4 Pack of 270 hex main 2$ the needles i have to wait until i find the correct part number but they should be about 6$ a piece not bad huh? but until then ima just put the jets only can i run my bike fine with just the jets? and Which is the 4th clip i dont know to much about that... ((( Put their needles in, use the 4th clip down from the blunt end )))
