    67 Ford

Here's a few pics of a 67 Ford I just finished repainting for a kid. It is 95 Viper Yellow.
  2. Did you mess with your floats any? You might check to make sure the needles aren't worn a little bit also.
  3. Aren't the stock carbs 26mm?
  4. I'd say you have a problem with your clutch, not the fluid you run. How old is the clutch?
  5. Been running 20cc domes @ 1000ft. for about year and a half, crank is not welded, and 150 psi. I run pump gas.

I went to the salvage yard and found the pass. side knuckle that has the flat top on the older style D44, had it machined and drilled for studs. I can't remember where I ordered the parts for it, but I could find out if you need to know. The spacer, studs, wedges, and knuckle arm were the parts that were machined so I ordered them. The pitman arm is off of a jeep, and I used the steering box off a two wheel drive 78 chevy. Couple more pics. http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/2830/11531hm7.jpg http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/1543/51011ww2.jpg
  9. Nice!!! Big Stink Pickle.
  10. You want it to smoke some, since it's a 2 stroke.
  11. Take them off one at a time if you are worried, or mark your caps left and right. Don't mix the bowls up either, just use carb cleaner and blow them out with an air compressor.
  12. Clean your carbs, mine did the same thing when I got it. It wouldn't idle at all, and it would sound like a blast of air coming out of the pipe. Cleaned my carbs and problem was gone.
  13. Have you done a plug chop yet? That will help you alot.
  14. On the exhaust side I use a short piece of radiator hose and clamped a freeze plug or soft plug in the end then clamped to the exhaust port.
  15. Get on ebay and click type terry cable dual gasser. terrycable.com
  16. Get a Terry Cable dual gasser, they work great.
  17. Buy a tusk, mine did that so I bought a new one. Works fine.
  18. Did you synchronize your carbs yet.
  19. I don't believe it helps performance wise, other than it is easier to mess with your idle. I do believe you can synchronize your carbs easier this way also.
  20. They call it a TORS removal kit, you get rid of the two ugly boxes on top of your carbs. and you have to drill your carbs out for idle screws. Very easy process, just buy a kit with the tap and drill bit. Call Jeff at FAST he'll help ya out.
  21. Yeah, call Jeff. Good guy to deal with.
  22. Check you parking brake and make sure it is pushed all the way in. You might have to wiggle it around a little bit.
  23. You really should take them back and run them up his ass, just so he knows his port work sucks ass. Have you talked to him about how they looked or did you just pick them up?

350 .60 over, 2.02/1.60 valves in world products aftermarket heads, edelbrock performer intake, edelbrock carb. flat top pistons. The lift kit is an 8 inch superlift kit, with 1-1/2 front shackle lift. I also changed the steering over to crossover steering, which means now it steers from the passenger side wheel. 38x15.50x16.5 super swamper radials. SM 465 4 speed with a centerforce dual friction clutch. My dad and I installed a dump bed on it also. Since the picture I have also put on a 9000 lb. superwinch. That's about it for now.
