    Banshee parts

I already have a 99 banshee, but I was only after the aftermarket parts. I'm going to try to trade an old dually pickup for it instead. We'll see what happens
  3. Here's the deal, I looked at the banshee and it is a little rough. It has works performance shocks on the front, Ohlin on the back, Lonestar axle, Lonestar a- arms, CPI inframes, Pro Flo adapter, K&N filter, he said the chain broke on him and it cracked the bottom of the case. The crack is about an inch long and leaks a little. The splines on the hubs are wore out, the swingarm bearings are wore out. Also has DG nerf bars. I can trade my 89 Gt Mustang for it but I don't know what I could get back out of the 4 wheeler when I sale it. It just has a lot of little things wrong with it. Any idea what the aftermarket parts would be worth?
  4. If it is an adjustable timing plate you go off of the split in the cases.
  5. I forgot, it also has a coolhead, adjustable rear shock linkage, and V Force reed valves. The fenders are pretty much junk.
  6. Yeah he got knocked out bigger than shit!!!!. I don't see how he was standing with the way his foot was turned around backwards.

  8. Okay, I may be trading for another banshee, just wanted to check on the shocks that are on it. The guy says the fronts are pivot works with reservoirs and that the rear is a kohlins. Are these good shocks and what would a new set like this cost? It is an 03 Banshee. Thanks
  9. Look at my sig. , I am at 1000ft, and I am currently running 280 mains, tried 300's and killed my top end, currently running on 5th slot on needle. It is a little rich but it's not too bad. I haven't fouled any plugs with it, I rode at LS Oklahoma for 4 days, never had any trouble. My plug chop was a little bit darker than that.
  10. No, we just got reserved up until wednesday, we are staying until sunday.
  11. We got them sunday, a few guys were leaving, so we ended up with three in a row. Paid up until wednesday. I took a lot of pictures just in case somebody wanted to take a spot from us. The park manager told me too, that way they can kick their asses out of there if they were there.
  12. Got our spots today, we got lucky and showed up around 8:30 this morning. Down in the cowboy camp, anyone else gonna be there? We ended up with 3 spots.
  13. This might be a little better picture.
  14. Okay, this is like the 6th or 7th plug chop I've done. I just don't think I'm getting that fine line ring around the ceramic that I have seen in other pics. Do you think this is okay to ride on. I have 280's in right know, I have tried 300's and that killed the top end. I really need to know what you guys think, I am going to LS Oklahoma for 4 days and really wouldn't like to burn the top end out of it when I get there. Please reply if you think this is safe to ride on. Thanks
  15. Hopefully we find someone this sunday leaving in the morning so we can get their spot. Maybe the 20 degree temps will run em out early.
  16. I am going sunday to see if anyone leaves early so I can get their spot.
  17. Just wondering if anyone knows of any places to get a spot. I heard they were pretty much full already. Also if someone decides not to go and wants to get rid of their spot, let me know. Don't really need the electric and water, but let me know if you have anything. We will need a spot from the 11th to the 15th of april. Thanks
  18. I run 20 cc domes at 1000ft, internals on engine are all stock, just add ons. Look at my mods that will tell you what I have.
  19. Yeah, I already did the plug chop, I think I'll try to move the clip to the 5th slot and see what happens.
  20. Not a very good picture, but you can kinda see the color. Let me know what you guys think. Thanks
  21. Ok, I rode my banshee for about 40 mins. last night, pulled the plugs today and they are a medium tan to light tan. Should I leave it alone or what. Cold it smokes quite a bit and after it warms up it lightens up a little. It runs awesome through all gears, should I do the choke test to see if it runs better or are there any other options. I did the plug chop and it looked to be a little rich, but now I'm not to sure about it all. Maybe I should do another plug chop? Both cylinders look identical. 280mains, 4th slot, stock pilots 1-1/4 out. Thanks
  22. With my mods, I run 4th slot on the needle, stock jet, and 1-1/4 turns out on the screw. Mine runs great. Did you synchronize your carbs. If not I highly recommend it. Mine were off a little bit a made a hell of a difference.
  23. Yeah, I'm going to drive down sat. before and they said I could set up tents and pay for the those nights I'm not there so I can reserve them.
  24. I'll be there from wed. to sunday morning, gonna try to get to the south campground. There will be about 13 or 14 of us going, I believe I will be the only Yamaha. The rest are Honda's
  25. That is exactly what was wrong with mine when I bought it. I had a backfire out of the left exhaust, couldn't figure it out so I pulled the carb and cleaned it. I haven't had any problems since them.
