It's a Weisco 513 being the series mening it is a standard rod length. 6500 meaning 65.00 mm means it is 40 over

I think any bearing removal tool will be fine. I use the motion pro set. They all basically work th same, by putting a plug in the bearing. Then you use a rod with a tappered end and slide it into the groove on the plug and tap it in place to "spread" the plug. Then you tap the bearing out. Some bearing you have to hit harder than others. Becarful on the cases, they can break pretty easy if you get it in a bind and start knocking the piss out of it. To put it back in use the plug and tap it in place until it bottoms.

The stock neddle is fine. Run it on the middle clip, run a 27.5 pilot. Most bikes with pipes and airbox lid removed need closer to a 300 main.

Any pipe will work, you just will not be getting the maximum power out of the motor. You are in a sense choking it down. Same thing goes with your carbs. If you are running smaller carbs you are not getting the max power out of the motor. Do you plan on having the motor ported at any point? If so that builder will more then likely have a certain pipe that he runs with his port job. Some like small bores, some like big bores, some like CPI, some like Shearer. Talk to your builder before you buy anything and make sure you are complimenting his work with the correct pipes and carbs.

Yes full drag port. No times. The motor only has one trip to pismo on it. Pistons and cylinders are brand new. Total hours would be 2 hours MAX, and thats stretching it. What exactly do you want to see so I am not taking picts over and over again.

They are 72in RO 22x11x8 if I recall correctly.
