not true. first off a stock banshee has plenty of bottom end , and even if the bottom end was crap putting around in 2nd then pinning it wouldnt casue it to bog, its bogging out becasue you have loaded up the carbs with fuel by putting around. 2 strocks are in no way made to run at low rps. 2 strokes are made to run at high rpms and have fuel movment constantly. when you putt around the carbs load up fuel trying to push it to the cylinders and to overload them when you suddenly dump the throttle.
