i also have 34 pjs... and those thing where a monther fuker to get to idle! make sure your floats are set the the right height and your got good jetting for your evel... turn your screws all the way in and use the adjusters to get it to idle... once you got it idling tunr it in a half turn so it wont idle from the cap adjusters and then use your choke to fine tune it ... they will idle but it takes some time getting them in there... also if you dont have a carb sync tool GETONE!!!! my buddy spent over an hour syncing his carbs "by eye" and he swore it was on... 2 min later with the sync tool and he wasnt as confident as he had been a few min prior...

its cheaper to just buy thiers... do the math.. you got to buy a set of tires... and ship them...then ship them to skat trak..and pay to have them striped and shipped back. its most cost effective to just buy thiers.. now if you live near them and can get used tires in bulk it probly be worth it...

checkout this post on forsale.. he has a pict of carbs with caps and cable... see if he will sell you the setup... caps also i just thought about this... when you buy a full twist throttle kit at least from Motion pro they come with caps and cables and everything you need... so all you got to do it the tapping like he said for your idle screws.

how much gap you have from the pickup for the stator and the flywheel? should be a match book... check that too...

correct me if im wrong dajr.. but all you need for the top of the carbs is the caps once the TORS is bypassed and removed?

was it running befor you think you flooded it out? doing any of these thing above WILL start a flooded motor... something seem like its not flooded ...how long did you let it sit before trying to start it... if your getting spark... try push starting it... pt the bike in 2nd gear and pull the clutch gt a good speed and jump on and dump the clutch if it dosent start like that its not flooded. that damn near starts anything...

ether is a really combustable chem in a spray can.. be carfule that shit blows up ez... and yes when your at home or in the dune and dont have extra plugs... ill breakout some sandpaper and clean the fouled ones to get it started... dude says he wants to get it started today before he goes out tomorrow... most shops are closed so where is he getting plugs by then?

or pull your plugs and let them dry out and maybe hit them with some very fine grit sand paper to bust the carbon off.. just let the motor sit with the plugs out and it will dry out...

anyone have or know where to get one of the banshee oem air gauges at? i want something that goes by 1 lbs incraments and fits under my seat..

i got 20x10x8 10 paddles on 8x8 rims... it probly cost just has much to have them make a set after shipping and everything then to just buy a set mountedup...i didnt know they would do it though
