  1. im sure it could be done with mods... jet fuel like the military uses is an oil bi-product similar to desiel fuel. not sure if thats the jet fuel your referring to or not...

  5. your mai jet is too big... if its doing it when your riding and not idleing you got too much gas going in your main... try dropping it down several sizes...

  7. incorrect... the botton under the perch can be removed and nothing happen.. like said above follow the wire under the palstics and unplug it.. and its done... all its for is to keep your bike from over reving with the ebreak pulled...

  9. the forged wont hurt the sleeve enough to worry about... yes its a harder metal which inturn CAN make the motor scare faster but onyl if you stick the motor... thats why there is tolerances theres not enough wear csued to worry about trying to run a weaker piston...
  10. your wanting to reuse the ones you have or you mean keep oem pistons in there? if your just wanting to keep oems then spend a few extra bucks and get the wiescos they will by far out last those cast pistons your thinking of running.
  11. dude if you cant get that head on there your hopeless working on your motor lol! its very ez to install just make sure the orings dont comeout of place and put it on there and torque it down...
  12. oh i read your post wrong... no it should idle with the choke pulled if its only 70 ... it when your in really cold temps that it wont idle until its warmed up... your jetting is probly off.
  13. if your wanting to get a stroker. get a hotrods 4m stroker 5m long rod... and have it rewelded...best bang for your buck for a crank
  14. depending on how cold it is where you live it wont idle when cold... you got to warm it up and its should run then...

  19. iv always been a ford fan until the last fwe years they havent built quality trucks ... they have been doing quanity not quality... i got a 06 Dodge Ram 2500 Turbo Diesel and I LOVE IT! thing is very nice! got the infinity and all that 4x4 yadda yaaa... id say 14.3 out the door is a good price... as long as your not pulling a big ass toy hauler youll be fine it will have alot of power... id go for it...
  20. it wont hurt any thing my LS swinger is the same way.. if you look at the weld at the frnt youll notice that what keeping your slider from going all the way over... its no biggy though your chian still slides on there and not on your swinger so your fine...
  21. did you rebuild your clutch or make any adjustments to it?
  22. sotck bore ported with 22 domes should be getting about 145psi... you defenatly have somethig going on in one of your cylinders
  23. you need to take off the clutch cover and adjust it on the adjuster screw...get your self a clymers manuel if you dont already have one it will tell you how to take everything part.
  24. that head is crazy ez to put on! only thing you got to do is make sure the orings dont get off the tracks when you put it together.. just get some assembly grease and put on the parts and the o rings will stick to it...
  25. incorrect... you can sand both sides of the metal and clean them to bare metal and it will work... just dry out the plug a few min and your good to go... thats what we did at the track when we fouled them out right before a race. carry some paper with you and a wrench. worked everytime.
