it depends how deep the scratches are... if they are just fine and not in the metal they will buff right out... you need to use rouge 6 polish , if you ever sand them use wet paper...

CPI and Shearer in frames are inframe drag pipes. Pipes cant be judged as good better best... there is too many differances to compair... the "best" drag pipe isnt the "best" trail pipe. and vice versa... its all about where in the rpm range you need to power.. Shear come on later then CPI but stay on...

i was going to say that looks like you polished by hand... once you get them on a wheel the rpms will buff them out really ez, just make sure your cleaning the wheel as you go and keep compound on it and it will SHINE

i saw that and was thining about getting it but it doesnt make sense casue your swinger has a zerk in it , i dont recall if a stock swinger has a zerk or not. either way 60 bucks for a bolt ... no thnx. the stocker dose fine just fill it with as much grease as you can before putting it on...

not a good idea... the full plastics flew too much and will cause the paint to crack and then chip off. even with a flex agent and auto paint this will still happen. I am having my plastics painted right no but the only reason why they wont crack is they are cut down...

my bike has been taken apart since late Feb. and its still not done. Dont stress over 2 months. A dirt bike would be fun but I dont think I'd trade off my banshee for one.

if you dont have access to an impact gun and your motor is in the frame. put the chain back on and have someone hold the rear brake. this should keep the sproket from spinning. that way you can either get some leverage with the braker bar or hit the bar with a hammer to jar it loose

It's a pos. There are only two boxes worth running, your stock cdi or a dynatek. Any company that claims they can give you 1000 more rpms is full of it. Your rpms are NOT controled by the cdi. They are controled by your pipes mostly, and some porting, and a few other things. we have covered this topic 100 times. there was actually a post about this last week.

170's holy fuk thats WAY rich! you should be around 150-155...running it rich during breakin dosent help anything... you actually want the rings to hit the walls so they both get a nice tight seal.
