  1. I bought a used set of Jims 4mil 12 port mx ported cylinders off ebay. They were cheap needed bored,I figured for what I had in them I would try them. These are the first ported cylinders I have had or even ridden at the time.All I can say is WOW,I was surprised at how hard it pulled all through the rpm range.
  2. Check your pickup gap. It should be around 18-22 thousands.

  4. The line coming out of the side case by the water pump t's into the line coming out of the back of the case they are vents.The one coming out of the top of the radiator goes to the overflow bottle,the other line from the bottle dumps any excess coolant on the ground.
  5. Make sure your frame is clean where your grounds go.
  6. Just put my g force axle in today,my sprocket hub has no play.Better get a new hub.
  7. I have a new set of foot peg extenders that bolt too the pegs and kick up at the ends. If anyone want's these just reply to this thread. Next weekend I will put every ones name in a bag and pull out a winner. I will post the winners name and then I will pm the winner for their address and ship the extenders to them.

  10. Jim at Passion Racing ported my cylinders, hot m/x port,works great in the trails. I would not hesitate to use Jeff at F.A.S.T. or Kevin at HJR.

  12. I have a set of Fast easy pull carb springs for my 35 airstrikers and they bind up before the slides got to wot. It likes the thickness of the plastic cable holder that the slide is held open by.I think I need to spread one end of the spring out enough so the it goes over the cable holder and does not bind on it. Anybody had this problem or a idea to fix it?
  13. You'll pick up a bunch on low end.Definitely noticeable.
  14. Leave the brake line attached and don't open the bleeder.
  15. Is it releasing far enough,clutch basket grooved?
  16. Does anybody scuff their clutch steels with a scotchbrite pad before installing them?
