  1. If it wasn't for losing the airbox I'd be begging you to make me one. Way to go!
  2. I don't have nerfs, but I do have the stock pipe and silencer.
  3. The dude on the MX track? That was hilarious. I gotta tip my hat to the guy that jumps the dune with the three wheeler. He got huge air... then wiped out.
  4. I doubt it man. I got it a few years ago in Pearl, MS.
  5. Is that the one in the desert where he jumps a mound and lands on top of a cliff?
  6. Steve Abbott did it in 2 of the Huevos movies I believe. He had paddles and what looked like a kneeboard under the swingarm. He tried it several times in choppy water and didn't make it. In the other movie he made it every time, but the water was real smooth.
  7. I saw it on one of the Huevos movies and also on Maximum Exposure. That's an Australian stuntman.... apparently not a very good one. Banshees are just tricky to jump cause of such of a heavy snap in the powerband. I've gotten used to it and can jump better with it than anything else I ride. Banshees are also not supposed to be very maneuverable in the air so that's a negative as well. Anyway, I've heard on here the Trinity C.V. should help smooth out the powerband problem.
  8. I have a Nitro Rustler I'll trade ya for a Raptor.

    Headlight

I really need a lens and the mirror background for a stock headlight. I doubt if I can really find these seperately so a stock headlight would be great. Anyone selling?
  10. wut kinda tires are on there Baldies... you don't want those.
  11. I'm trying to do some of the stunts people do in freestyle competitions. Does anyone have any tips?
  12. I'm parting out an entire '87 Warrior. I'm going to gradually put parts on Ebay, but if anyone wants something please let me know.
  13. I run Castor 927 at 32:1. I usually just get the smaller bottles and pour one bottle in with 4 gallons of gas. How many gallons could I safely get away with mixing one bottle with?
  14. He bent one of his uppers and I have a Warrior I'm parting out.

    Headlight

I cracked the lens in one of the headlights and it scratched up the mirror pretty bad. Anyone have a headlight for sale?
  16. Horsepower is horepower. Dynos don't lie. If a Banhee has more horepower, it's more powerful... plain and simple. The 450 just happens to have the best power to weight ratio of any 4 stroke yet so we're kinda blown away by it. After all, we're used to the 400ex . We all know the 450 was designed WAY better so of course it's going to blow away a Banshee in MX. Which one will win in a drag? That all depends on circumstances (length, traction, gearing, blah, blah, blah). Which bike is better? That depends on what you want. If you're a modder, then the Banshee is definately for you because it's customizable beyond anything else. If you just want something to hop on, be reliable, and haul ass on out-of-the-box, get the 450. In short, to each his own. Quit bashing each other!
  17. There have been several discussions about this which should be pretty easy to find. I don't have one, but after reading things on the board I've decided I NEED one. It's supposed to give you a lot more midrange power and smooth out the powerband snap. The topend stays about the same from what I understand. You also have one carb to jet and don't have to worry with synchronization, which are MAJOR pluses in my book. Side advantages are cleaning everything up under the seat, eliminating TORS, and maybe having easier throttle pull and better fuel mileage. The complete kit costs close to $500 but I think it's worth it.
  18. The most I would probably do is get aftermarket reeds and a coolhead. So it sounds like for my current setup either should work pretty good right?
  19. Bigger tires will give you more clearance, but not much. Keep in mind that each 2" you go up in tire size will only give you 1" more clearance. As for the gearing, you'll probably just have to ride it after you get the new tires and see if you can pull them. If you think you need to change then go 1 gear lower on the front or a couple higher in the rear.
  20. I've done the same thing twice and the last time was with Maxxis Razrs. The last time was also in 5th or 6th gear on pavement. Bent a front rim a little, dismounted the tire, bent a front shock, bent an a-arm, and bent a tierod. I haven't tried walking it in such a high gear since.
  21. I take it I'm competing with you. I bet I want it worse. There are a couple on Ebay. Looks like they're the same thing on there twice. I'm sure he's going to retract one of them. I'm working with a very limited budget right now so if it gets over a couple hundred I can't afford it. I've already bid on one.
  22. I desperately want the Trinity CV Manifold kit and have been scouring Ebay lately. My question is whether I should try to get the 33 or 35mm carb. I'm running FMF pipes, have the proflow filter with stock airbox/lid, timing advance, and am at about 500ft elevation. By the way, if anyone is selling the kit cheap, please let me know! Thanks!
