  1. :yelrotflmao: Shit Dave, I was unloading my banshee from the back of my buddy
  2. I got the pancake bearing-clutch disengagement adjuster (CDA) and Pro Design water pump impeller from Cascade Innovations. Ha, I
  3. UPDATE... Well here it is! New Magnum Billet Basket, Cascade CDA (pancake bearing), and I figured it would be wise to throw in a Pro Design Billet water pump impellar too while I'm in there. Can't wait to ride! Thanks for helping me decide what to get.
  4. I plan on getting over there at least a couple of times this spring/summer, I just can't commit to any dates yet. Not sure if we want to go during a busy holiday or just an off weekend.
  5. If you still have the stock intake boots, you'll have to cut them. It will tell you how to do it in the instructions that come with them. Its also a good idea to get new gaskets (4), I think they come with new ones but I can't remember. Other than that its a piece of cake.
  6. No, I've never had it Dyno'd. I just guessed based on seat-of-the-pants feel. :geek: ...90% of people are disappointed when they see their first dyno results b/c it
  7. I have a VERY similar setup, and I'm going to guess around 55  ...maybe 60 on a really good day with spot-on jetting.
  8. there went two minutes I'll never get back. assholes.
  9. If all you want is top end, then the 18" tires need to go. :ermm:
  10. Thanks. Unless I can find a helluva deal online (100 bucks for a Hinson is ridiculous) I'm just going to drive down to Magic and Pick up one of the Magnum baskets then. Thanks for the info and testimonials...lol  -Ryan
  11. Exactly. I did mine last spring, bought a PD billet impeller for $70 from Cascade and got the bearing and seal from my local yamaha stealership for like 40 bucks for both...that damn two way seal was like 25 bucks alone, but its worth the piece of mind to know its all brand new and good to go for a while. I also used a socket and hammer to tap the old ones out and with a little grease the new ones pushed right in with my hands. Should be a piece of cake...good luck.
  12. Thanks for the replies guys. Hey Dave I. that dirt-deals link you posted is to Magic Racing in Waterford Mi. which turns out is like 25 min from my house so I'm probably just going to drive down and get one, thanks for the info. That is unless Jeff can get one to me cheaper, they're both Magnum so they should be the same piece. Does anyone have any experience with the Wiseco basket? Its a little more money, I'm just curious if its worth it...? Do they all come with new cushions and new hardware to replace the large rivets I have to grind off? Thx -Ryan
  13. Anyone?
  14. I think my cushions are worn out. Because with the gear fixed, I can move the basket back and forth with my hands if that makes sense. I noticed it the last time I was putting my clutch back together after my engine build. I stuck a small nylon wedge between the primary drive gear and the large gear mounted to the back of the clutch basket, and when I torqued the clutch basket nut down the basket moved. So I assume the cushions have about had it??? It's the stock basket and has a lot of time on it but isn't grooved up bad as far as the fingers are concerned. So my question is... Do I need a new basket or should I just replace the cushions? And if I need a new basket, what brand should I go with and where is the cheapest place to get one? Hinson? Wiseco? Barnett? Magnum (from Jeff)? PE? Stock or GYTR? Other? Also, do they all come with new cushions and hardware? -Ryan
  15. with 170 psi per clyinder I run a 50/50 mix of VP C12 and premium 93.
  16. Seen it, I
  17. I got it as a gift for my birthday so i don't know exactly how much it was, i thought she said 160 or 169 or something.  I'll let you know, i hope no parts fall off  . Its pretty cool though, I've been needing one of these for a while. Plus it will keep the shee off the ground over the winter.
  18. Craftsman makes two versions of ATV Jacks, the regular 100 dollar one, and the 160 dollar professional aluminum one. My buddy has one of the cheaper ones and its a little chinsy and is already starting to rust. This one is pretty sweet and seams to be well built, I
  19. Craftsman Professional Aluminum ATV Jack. beats using a block of wood to change tires from now on lol.
  20. Whatever happend to this? I put in an order for a T-shirt and hoody and haven't heard shit since before xmas...?
  21. Whoa, you threw me off for a min there. the bottom pic is reversed your kickstart is on the left..lol
  22. I was doing the exact same shit on mine last winter. It
  23. PM sent
  24. Nice shee! Not sure on the length you'll need, but you'll likely need to cut the chain for that setup. Use a dremel or die grinder, makes cutting links out a piece of cake. Stock is 104 links if I remember correctly, so you'll probably need a few less than that, but new chains usually come with 110 links so I think cutting is gonna be unavoidable. There are a few guys on here that run -2 swingers and will know more about how many you should run. Just remember
  25. Exactly, well said Meat. Some people are taking my comments way out of context, I meant no disrespect for our military personnel over there fighting for their lives. I have lost a couple of friends over there and YEAH, I
