Damn dude, those are some crazy big trucks. When I put 35s on my older runner I thought that was huge. I'd hate to see what kind of gearing you need to pull 44s, must be like 7 to 1, I ran 4.56 to 1 on my runner with 35s. Looks like yall are doin some muddin'

I'm pretty sure now, all the bikes have aluminum frames, but Honda came out with it before Kawie, Yamaha and Suzuki. If your gonna go used, I know all the way back to at least 1998 CRs had the alumnum frames. I always buy used stuff because I'm cheap, so that's what I would do, I've never had a Honda bike before though, only Kawies and Yamahas.

I was wondering that too, if it is the 250r geo, it's probably gonna be better then the outlaw or laeger frame. If it's stock geo, it's really not that great.

When I get mine done, that's where I'm gonna go, heard soooo many good things about him. Jeff was super helpful when I bought my carb synch tool too.

To be honest with you, you'll get a lot of mixed reactions. All I can say is you better have ALOT of other work done to be able to justify this. If I saw a mostly stock banshee rolling around with a Ti frame, personally I would think that the guy has money, and is stupid. A Ti frame is going to make a difference no matter what, but I think you better have some kick ass Axis or better shocks on it, with some nice LT arms, a roundhouse carrier, and shortened/extended swinger, and like the best of the best parts. Otherwise, I think your gonna be wasting your loot, and you won't notice as much of a difference. I would say, the 7k for the frame is barely a start as to the price of the mods you should have on it along with the frame. Just my opinion, and I'm sure people won't feel the same though. I always build on a budget, cause that's reality for me, but I don't buy stuff that I don't need or can't justify, this would be one of those things for me anyway. I ride woods, trails, and hillshoots, and it would be awesome to have, but I couldnt afford it, and I'm not good enough to be able to really appreciate the difference in the handling, speed etc. Just think of all the beer 7k could buy. :beer:

I know it's not what your looking for, but I bought the Modquad set, and they are a lot better then stock. The stock ones seem really soft, and strip out easy, especially if there's any rust on them. Are you an ME? I think so, it sure sounds like it. I'd also listen to this guy, he is right. The Ti frame is one of those things, that I can't afford, and probably wouldnt be worth it for someone like me, but if I had all the money in the world, would I buy one, hell yes! Come on, anybody that says they wouldnt flog a light, fuckin' mean ass handling Ti banshee around an MX track is lying. :beer:

I will NEVER drink and ride on public land or if people are around. But my parents own a lot of land in upstate NY, all private land, and I drink and ride there all the time. I do the same thing with the trucks up there two. Nothing like riding around with a 5th in a 72 Scout. I emphasize though, that NO ONE is around, and it is PRIVATE land. I don't really care if I get hurt or not, I know the probability is higher when you drink, and I know the risks. If I ever get paralized or anything I will ask no one to feel sorry for me. It's only recently I've been doing this, and I don't know why I get a kick out of it, you can bash me all you want, but I know it's about the dumbest thing you can do, like I said, I just don't care, and I'm putting no one else in danger but myself. But again, if you drink and ride on public land, or where people are arund, that's fucked up, you could really hurt someone else, and that shit just is not right. How bad would you feel if you killed someone's kid? I couldnt live with that kind of stuff, and it's enough for me not to do it on public land or when people are around.

Man, get the banshee, and do a couple trail mods, -1 tooth sprocket up front, timing advance, and some low end pipes. I had a Raptor 660, and rode tons of shit, banshees are not that bad for trails. I don't ride with pro racers and shit, but I have never had a problem keeping up with my banshee, and most of the time I'm ahead. You won't be dissapointed with the banshee! All these jokers that knock them for trail riding probably never rode one on a trail.

Can you get a -1 with with the mounting tabs for a skid plate. If so, if you could shoot me a price with the roundhouse carrier. Thanks man,

Yeah, asphalt definately gurts. My arm still has a nasty scar on it, and the skin seems really really soft. Also, my elbow hurts when it rains. Sucks, but you live and learn........ maybe.

Ohh god, you could take that thing to war and back. I started out on a breeze, and we would literally try to kill it, never worked, that thing ran until the day I sold it. I would stay the heck away from those chineses quads, I bought a chinese pocket bike at pep boys on a whim, and the bearings were shot in like a week, nobody had replacements, so it's been in my shed for the past year. You can pick up the beginner quds at GREAT used prices, I would rather do that then buy one new, check The Want Ad Press, they are pretty big in this area. Good luck! :beer:

I know it's off topic, but the one IMS tank looks identical to the stock one with the shroud. It has the grooves and everything in it. I have it on my bike, and most people don't even notice it's an OS tank. Granted a lot of the other opnes do look like shit, and you would be SOL if you have full bores. Here's a pic of mine, I like it, think it looks 100% better then the really fuckin' big ones.

That is a damn good deal on that frame! If I had the loot, I'd pick it up for sure. :beer:
