  1. Bump, ellison is the man! Was still wonderin' if you had a good sprocket hub, the one I pulled off has alot of play in it when I put it on the new axle. Like the new avatar!
  2. :woot: Ehh, I'd fuck about 10% of the ones I see, you must have some pretty low standards. :yelrotflmao: Just kidding dude!
  3. Somebody's been done wrong in the past. Didn't you read Red's thread, and about how he treated the girl too nice and she left, the conclusion we came to was that chick's like being treated badly. I know the chick I was with for a very long time, I was nice as hell too, co-signed for her lease and shit, let her live with me free of charge, never yelled at her, gave her alot of the material shit she asked for, and was always there for her. Yeah, she ran off with some fuckin' redneck, and know she's living in Monmouth mobile home park. Fuckin' hick gets drunk, and yells at her, but she likes it better then here. Morale of the story, don't be nice to chicks! Shiat, anybody remember that DMX song, Why do good girls like bad guys?
  4. Hmm, my hub had a little bit of play front to back, I think the splines may be worn too. it might just be time for a new one. That's the best bet right? The thread that goes into the hub is fine, I was just worried about using my method to install a new stud, it usually works ok, but was just a little worried. Thanks,
  5. Mine didn't, that shit took off away from me down a hill when I rode her too hard. :yelrotflmao: Anyways Chase, fuck that bitch, I told ya before about the dumb ass chick I was with for a long time, ran off with some redneck, fuck her, you can laugh your ass off when that bitch is livin' in a trailer. :woot: :woot: Round 273???? Let's get it on!
  6. Ok, still stuck with this fuckin' sprocket hub. I pulled the one off my 2001 to use in the meantime, and when I went to tighten the nuts that hold the sprocket on, I stripped one, when I went to back it out, the whole stud came out. When I've done studs in the past I basically tightened a nut on all the way, put some red loctite on the threads, and screwed it in, waited a couple of hours, and spun the nut off. But sometimes this doesnt work, and I don't think it's the right way. Where I'm at now, is I know it sounds stupid is there a right way to install a stud on the sprocket hub? I saw them on the microfiche, but are they even worth doing, or should I buy yet another sprocket hub? I have trouble using the above technique on short studs, mostly because there is not enough "grab" on shorter studs from the loctite. This works well with engine studs, ut I've never done a small one like this. Thanks again,
  7. Holy shit! That always had me confused like a mofo. Now I know. Mad Toyota owners up in this piece. Anybody into old International Harvester trucks? My true first love, but none will pass inspection in NJ.
  8. Mine is like Lifted Toyota 4Runner. T4R being short for Toyota 4runner, and the e being left out of lifted to make it look cooler. I have 3 4runners right now, an 85, 86, and 01, and I have always been into Toyota trucks. The 85 and 86s are beater trucks, and the 01 is my daily driver. All three are indeed lifted.
  9. Cool man, lemme know, I'll get that MO out. Thanks,
  10. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao: Sorry dude. Anyway, I'd give this guy a chance, you can't prove or disprove him, and he hasnt scammed anyone in the past. At least give him the benefit of the doubt and not accuse this dude as being a scammer right off the bat. He seems like a nice enough guy, and I think he meant Belmar, it's a town in NJ down south like he says. I won't attest to this guy's integrity, I'm just saying give him the benfit of the doubt before you start bashing his post.
  11. Can't help ya on the thread, but unless you have a bigger stator, they arent gonna be much brighter then stock, your not pushing enouygh watts out of the stocker to make a difference.
  12. Nope, there are a couple of ways around that. You can put it in gear and hold the flywheel, or, a way that I'm not crazy about you can leave it in neutral and bunch the chain up in the case, and it will come off that way. Did it a couple days ago, I had done a few, but always used a big adjustable wrench, wanted to buy the socket finally, but just couldnt remember the size.
  13. Chimin' in kinda late with my .02 here, but Aaron, I have an ongoing feud with my buddy that I order all my parts from at the cycle shop. He swares that reed spacers and boost bottles help the "flow". COmplete BS, and he's an awesome guy, knows a shitload about bikes, but could never understand the whole "flow" thing. A lot of these cycle shops really do believe the whole boost bottle crap, doesnt mean they are bad or out to get you, just the way they are I guess.
  14. FYI YFZ calipers will fit on stock hubs, I have never heard of the YFZ spindle and hub swap, not sure how that would work? Got a link about that, I'd be interested in seeing how that works.
  15. Bump for a cool dude! Forgot to ask you, I also needed a rear hub with the castle nut and washer, mine has a crack starting, let me know if you got one, and how much, I'll send you another MO, didnt see one on the ebay auctions.
  16. Whoa, that's crazy!
  17. :woot: Actually this bike was run at 0 degrees for as long as I know of. My other bike has a 4 degree advance. I might just pull that key and throw in a +4 to be on the safe side, I don;t know, thought going to +7 might be nice but might not be worth it after all. If it aint broke don't fix it right?
  18. You can get away a lot cheaper on the axl, check out the G Force on Rocky Mountain, also depending on the terrain, you could always go with a -1 swinger, should give you a little more bit. Also go with the typical low end mods, timing advance, milled head or cool head. Definately gonna neeed an MX port job too! Don't forget reeds. I think it is worth it, I don't run MX but I do run trails, and even with my limited mods, I can out run piped YFZs and 450rs. Get some good tires, and I don't think you'll be dissapointed at all.
  19. Got any pics? Post 'em up. I don't think they have been discontinued long enough for the prices to jump. Green Brook Cycle, and Action Yamaha, both near me, both have at least 2 left in stock. Even the 250rs don't seem to be going for as much as they once were, don't get me wrong, they're still up there in price. But they might jump up there a little bit once they start getting rarer, I find that 4 strokes are more popular in this area, which is good for the buyer, I bought both of my shees for what I sold my Raptor 600 for, but bad for the seller. Anyway, good luck bro!
  20. Sony doesn't have a good track record with BetaMax and all, I wont be buying a PS3 until the next Grand Theft Auto comes out. I won't buy an XBOX 360, they don't really have any games I wanna play.
  21. I'll keep my eye out in this area, any pics? What kinda mods did you have on it?
  22. Nice! Always wanted one, I liked the GMT master, but ponying up 3 gs and up for a watch is a little tough, I could buy a YZ125 or 250 for that price. They are super nice watches. I rented a presedential at the same place I rented a tux for a wedding(yeah I know, pretty ghetto), and that shit was nice, definately helps get the women!!!!
  23. Sounds like a nice bike, and I know you have way more into it then that, but they just don't sell for all that much in this area, you'd be way better off parting out, you'll get alot more for it that way.
  24. Have a few for me! Happy birthday man! I hope those guys are lying about the thong and tassles, kinda makes me scared to head up to JC. :yelrotflmao: :yelrotflmao:
  25. I only have 2 because I got the 02 insanely cheap, and after I finish my 01 project I'll be selling or parting it to re-gain some of my lost cash. Besides, that 96 looks nicer then both of mine, if I was gonna be doing dunes, I'd get the same setup, cubs are a little tough to trail ride though. I'm not sure on the compression gain, but I was looking for a little more low end hit. I went down 1 tooth on the front sprocket, and had +4 timing, but I still want a little more lowend. I know it's no 4 stroke, but a little more tump pullin power would be nice.
