  1. There are people who sell kits that you weld in yourself, you can make one yourself, or send the frame out and have it done.
  2. Those cascade arms are nice, but way overpriced. I run a +6 podos arm off ebay. They have a website also. I do ride sand trails with a +6 and I dont have any problems with it.
  3. There is a piece of paper right in the kit that tells you to make sure all thread surfaces are clean and free of debris. Then it goes on and tells you to use anti seize on the bolt and nut threads in the kit. Did you guys just open the box and throw the little white piece of paper away?
  4. There is only 1 pipe you want, thats the dynoport 2 into 1 pipe! Snopczynski's 2 into 1 piped Banshee
  5. Remap the cdi/ efi ecm.
  6. I guarantee you if you pull it back out you will see one side of the steel has a sharp edge and one side has a rounded edge. This is what makes them directional.
  7. Recommend converting to a-arms.
  8. Dust and stuff from dirt riding will get into the air filter alot easier than sand does. Dust is a way smaller micron than sand.
  9. I have been putting 2 bikes together with the kits, and I have a 3rd kit for my lt500. No problems, as long as you follow there recommendations, they work fine.
  10. He figured out the steels are directional.
  11. Call dynoport, they may give you some. Power pro is also a pipe manufacturer.
  12. Sand dunes, or Sand pits?
  13. I dont know anyone who puts those back in, I haven't in the last 14 years of owning a banshee. Leave em out, just make sure the steel plates are facing the right way, thats one not a whole lot of people know about.
  14. make sure the rubber snubbers are on the bottom, and you can pund the front catch down with a plastic malet to get it to hold snug.
  15. Well its not ever real good to mix two different manufacturers oils. It can cause premature heat break down, varnishing, and sludging in an engine. With spending big bucks on a new tranny or clutch in mind, I wouldn't do it.
  16. Maybe too many hits to the head going up that tree shot in your sig with no helmet on?
  17. It could be close if he does a turbo kit, and all you got is a ported 350. Most fully modified port 350's on gas dont do much over 70hp. If he is a good rider, and has a better setup for traction and all, he could take you. Thats fully assuming his mod gets him to the 70hp range.
  18. What type of riding do you do, and what do you want the pipes to do for you?
  19. I have seen issues with gas welling up in the cases on a banshee, then it has to be taken out and ran pretty hard to get it all out.
  20. Stock balance tube all the way for me. I even ran one on my drag bike back in the 90's.
  21. My cousin never torques heads or cylinders, it drives me nuts. He wonders why the clutch basket in his lt250r came loose too!
  22. You guys fell for the annual dirtwheels april fool joke!
  23. So what is your oil mixing ratio?
  24. Naval Jelly. no its not from your belly button.
