  1. You wont be able to get them out without ruining them.
  2. I had a horrible time getting games for about an hour or so. The cod4 lobby was all jacked up. They need to have a patch, cause everytime I get on it says connection lost, then it pulls a game next search.
  3. The chrome on the cascade pipes is real triple plate. It will be the nicest chrome you have ever seen.
  4. they never made a 35mm pj. Whats the slide look like, and mic the carb outlet.
  5. probably not, most spark issues will cause running problems. I would be inclined to check the choke crossover tube, pilot jets, air screws first. Then probably engine compression. You get down around 100 psi and they will run, but will be hard to start.
  6. does it help if you hold the throttle open?
  7. hardware store. cad plated, stainless or chrome 8x1.25 flange nut or acorn nut. Most likely if its an acorn nut, your gonna need at least a 3/16" spacer under it.
  8. I hate the G3, it makes me want to cry when I use it.
  9. Its a woods and mx pipe. Basically it maintains its peak torque and hp curve better than any other pipe I have seen. However, the low end of the torque curve, and peak hp rpm of the pipe is less than that of what most desire.
  10. Have someone look at em, see if they are ruined, or can be cleaned up and ran still. The intake to me looks like I could fix it. Its what he did with the port window heights and widths is whats gonna matter.
  11. A supercharger is an easier and better idea than a turbo. I know how I would do it, but its hard for me to show it. I would basically copy this rotary valve drive design.
  12. Well Dan Wade of Patriot Racing lives in Bonney Lake, Wa. Dyno Dave Roberts of ILR Performance lives in Bonney Lake, Wa. I build motors too, and I live in Bonney Lake, Wa. So theres 3 within 30 miles of you.
  13. Yep they are pc's.
  14. Now I am pissed, I want back the coil bracket I made you!
  15. try new plug caps. or take the existing caps off and check the secondary winding resistance.
  16. Yeah I run one. I actually ride with 6 banshees that run them. Just try some other needle positions on the eek. I think I am running an EEJ, cant remember which clip position.
  17. Where are you located?
  18. It will work, they will be a little dimmer at idle though.
  19. move the clip around and see if it gets better. Also try the eej needle.
  20. They are pretty new. Whats the builders name.
  21. well if it seems to travel all the way when kicking, it should be ok. I would be more worried about the spark intensity and compression at this point.
  22. If you have good spark, and good compression, then we can worry about how the carb is setup.
  23. Sounds like it has some Dave Moore Racing components on it. I agree about needing to check the port durations to know how its ported. It isn't a stroker or a long rod motor or anything then? Spacer plate on cylinders, or pistons that stick out above the deck at tdc?
  24. you need to figure out if its a sluggish rich burble, or a lean hesitation. Refer to the chart and change needles accordingly.
