  1. Its basically been done with the dmc 916"s hasn't it? What about the Dynoport 2 into 1 pipe?
  2. If you run the 795m pistons, Dan at Patriot Racing has race gas and pump gas cut 4mm stroker domes for pro-design styel domed heads.
  3. No its not, thats way too big for a pilot jet. It may be different for every motor. However, I ride with four ported 350's, Two 4 mill strokers, and a 7mill stroker that all have 2 into 1 carb setups. Out of all those 4 of them have a 35mm pwk. Out of the four with the pwk, none have a pilot jet over a 50. That is so much gas, that if you need a pilot bigger than that, then you have an air leak or something. A 58 pilot is ridiculously big. No one on here that knows how to jet a 2 into 1 without asking for help runs a pilot jet that big. Do a search, I just pulled up a ton of 2 into 1 threads, and sredish never once said to try a pilot jet over a size 50.
  4. If you want midrange power, you should't raise the transfers. Maybe widen them a little bit (barely any), and make sure the bottom of the port window lines up with the top of the piston at bdc. The more you raise them, the more it orientates the exhaust pulse wave for scavenging at higher rpm. However, this is based on what your exhaust duration is setup at. What do you do with this bike, and what pipes are on it?
  5. sredish does not use a 58 pilot jet. Max size you should need is a 50. most end up at 45-48 range.
  6. Dont be that guy!
  7. All the dyno testing we have done has shown them to be the torquiest pipes on the market. We also ran them on a 7mm 460cc cheetah motor, the pro circuits made 5 more hp than the guys ptr mids. They also had a taller and broader torque curve across the rpm range.
  8. When cold, fill the radiator, then fill the resevoir to the low mark. I use maxima coolanol, and sometimes put in water wetter. As far as the boiling noise, its actually the cap letting coolant in and out of the radiator (normal).
  9. Make sure you widen it out with some offset rims if your gonna be rolling around with 4 people in it.
  10. try fastenal.
  11. I wont condem it, it would work better than a cpi.
  12. Definitely not a cpi. Thats a mid to mostly topend pipe. I would recommend pro circuits if you want all around hard hitting power with good bottom end power.
  13. Hello....Dynoport! Dynoport pipe link
  14. If it is the twin pipes, they are supposed to be an all around trail, mx, and play dune pipe. They make more high rpm power than the 2 into 1.
  15. I agree also, thats why I know how to split cases.
  16. I am pretty sure dynoport will make you a stainless pipe, but it will Probably almost cost you about $1,000!
  17. Pro circuits or the 2 into 1 pipe.
  18. Oh, so the wire was open under the insulation. Nice!
  19. Dave Roberts from ILR, Dan Wade From Patriot, or me. We all Live in Bonney Lake, WA. I would charge $150, thats without gaskets and seals.
  20. He definitely understood how it worked, we just had to change meter settings and soon he was checking resistance instead of continuity. Good Job!
  21. Well, its not very fair to whoever buys it to have the wrongs size silencer on it.
  22. Well your choking the pipe. The dynoport pipe has to run the dynoport silencer or equivelant stinger outlet size. That thing probably runs like shit with all the exhaust gas being held back in the pipe.
  23. You mean you have a dynoport 2 into 1 pipe? If it is the pipe, why do you have a pro circuit silencer on it. The silencer inner pipe and oultet diameter is not big enough for a 2 into 1 pipe.
  24. Your gonna need to clean up the slot for the woodruff key and get all the metal out of it. You need to lap the flywheel to the crank when you get a new one also.
  25. When I talked to him last night we found out he has 1 bad plug cap, and I was concerned about his engine being grounded to his cdi, and coil right. Never heard back though.
