  3. yeah.. you got it from a dip shit.. lol j/k The o-ring chains rob HP so most of the drag/ go fast guys use non o-ring chains
  4. Yes, People do port the top case.. They match up the cases to the transfer ports on the cylinders Also hear about tunnel porting the cases.. but I think i'm confused on that one.. I probably know what it is, but I probably call it somthing differernt.
  5. ttt Its a crush tube (oval) style.. just had it chromed in april.
  6. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...c=97579&hl=
  7. I use a EK SRX X-ring chain.. I know.. I should use a non o-ring chain.. but I'm lazy and dont like to clean my chains as often I I should.
  8. I got a Chrome crush tube +14 roundhouse swingarm that I'm looking to trade for a chrome +12 swinger in the same condition. Let me know what you have. Thanks
  9. When converted the Dump tubes and main jets will be drilled bigger. Sometimes powerjets will be installed for the bigger motors. The lil 350's done always need powerjets.
  10. yeah its the same.. but I think most people like to run it around .016~.019
  11. I can dig that.. I'll check it out on my next trip to the dunes.. Or maybe someone could check it out if their headin over for the 4th and let us know.. I gotta make sure my hauler can fit! lol
  12. Hey guys.. we gotta get a campground figured out for our labor day trip.. Any ideas?????
  13. I was refering to using dyno sheets from another bike to compare pipes for another bike. When used in that manor its just like someone's opinion. I wasn't questioning the power characteristics of the CPI's. Yes.. They are Topend oriented pipes.. But.. I have seen some CPI's have a very strong midrange. That doesn't mean I think its a midrange pipe. Its just my opinion that this guy didn't want know. He wanted dyno sheets. Every motor is different and what works for one might not work for the next. So don't read too much into the dyno sheets. Thats all I was trying to get at.
  14. well.. my take is that dyno sheets of pipes are about as usefull as people's opinions when comparing pipes. Unless its your motor that the pipes are being dyno'ed on, your gonna get all kinds of different results from the same pipes.. So.. I tend not to read anything into the "pipe dyno shootout" type stuff... they can make them things say what ever they want for the highest paying player.
  15. I had a friend who had a paralyzed arm and had to clutch with his right hand instead of his left.. So he had some sort of brake system that ran off brake pedal.. I know its not what your looking for but.. there was some type of adjuster that would let him control braking power from the front to rear. I'm sure it could be installed on the front master too. Problem is.. I dont even know who made it and I dont know how to get ahold of him anymore... But.. I know its out there!
  16. I'd only run them to match up the intakes.. if you have the round style opening on your intakes... I'd stay with the stock stuffers.. JMO
  17. Sweet Lindsey!! Hopefully the strip will be in good shape so you can get your fix!
  18. Shawn if you can't find one their usually around 25 at the dealer.
  19. I think Dave was just stating that the long rod pistons for the cubs are the blaster pistons, instead of the 795's. Since they dont make a 68mm 795 series piston. 513 series piston wont work either since the biggest bore 66.5mm. I would think he'd need the pistons used for the 68mm stock stroke cubs. (392cc) I'm not sure on the model numbers..
  20. ahh.. you beat me to it!!!!
  21. If you have standard length rods you have to use a different piston is all.. Yes.. it will work
  22. I've always bought repack kits from the manufacturer. But I would think a toomey kit might work with shearer silencers..
  23. That sucks.. hopefully we get a good streak without any rain and dry it up a bit..
  24. Tyson racing sells them.. Probably just about any frame builder would sell them.
  25. Aaron.. Let me know if you ever sell that! I'll make a road trip to Nebraska to pick it up!!! lol
