Just trying to tune my new motor and have a lean pop and more smoke or steam out of the right (clutch) side. Motor will hold 6 psi overnight. Carbs are in sync, have tool. So what do you think ? Wouldn't the DMC 916's be good for this application as well ? They are a monster in the midrange.

My adapter is aluminium and seals with a large oring. Never leaked before.

Time to fix my leaking stock pipe clamps on my dmc pipes and was wondering what aftermarket billet clamps will fit my pipes. I see clamps for lots of other pipes listed , but none for the dmc's. Any help ? Thanks

This sounds backwards to me

I would bump up the mains to at least a 260 and pilots to 27.5 or 30. Running a stock main jet with aftermarket pipes is asking for a lean burn down. It idleing up when the choke is pulled is a clear sign it's lean.

The 916's sound like a street bike in my opinion. I have them.
