we started w/ the fireworks, but someone decided to do a science demo for his friends( whistling) and then the cops showed up. they radio'd in that it wasen't fireworks and the poor cop had to repeat it 3x and then had to give a whole chemistry lesson over the radio, the police chief live around the corner so they called him to come over to see before he came back to the station(must have been home for lunch). he saw it and shook his head and said "ain't no law against having water"

dunno myself. never dealt w/ them myself. just call them up and say you "bought a bike that had their stuff on it and while you were going over it, ya noticed the part was in bad shape and ya wanted to find out about getting it fixed and if the warrentee still covered it before you started to shop around for new parts." Try to buff them a bit, they don't need to know you only bought the arms them selves. a lot of times companies will toss you a bone and cover it or cut you a deal if they know you have their stuff already and you hint that you may spend the money and go w/ someone else's stuff because they wouldn't fix their stuff. just got to be nice/polite and real subtle about it, like it's not that big a deal. that way they get the impression that your already started looking around and not too worried about it. 99% of the time it works like a charm.

and remember to get the left-handed smoke shifter to do that, not the right handed one. works must better than the reverse threaded widgit.

I got nothing useful to offer here, myself. I haven't had a g/f in 10 years, actually to the the week. dumped my on the 25th( you tend to remember things like that when u have a $4,000 engagment ring in your pocket when it happens). That's funny, since the dial-a-jet is based off the Lectron pick-up system that has been used by motorcycles and dirtbikes, and later ATV's, for about 40 years. And a lot of 2-strokes at that. Not saying he's a poor mechanic, just might not have a lot of expirence w/ them.

I hate people like that. no idea what the hell they're selling. but the fools who put "not this, that and the other" in the titles really piss me off and waste my search time. Well, duh Banshee parts won't fit into a LT80( at least not without some MAJOR customizing). but most people looking for the parts usually are smart enough to figure that one out. and for those who aren't, put it in the damn description.

mine does what I want. proposely bought it just so I didn't have to lug other people's crap. just enough room for boots, bike and ramps. But like a dumbass, I got a trailer, so I'm still lugging other people's crap.

I'd check the timing. I dealt w/ a guy that had a major kick back problem w/ an ATC 250r, and when it would actually start, he had 5 speeds in reverse(ran like crap too, but it ran). He messed up his timing so badly the thing was firing way to soon and actually forcing the thing to run backwards. Wouldn't have believed it, if I hadn't have seen it myself. Luck he didn't bust a rod or something.

He's gonna be real pissed when no new members post. Little does he know the activation link for new members to sign up don't work since the server upgrade in Sept. Keeps sending them to the old server to actvate the account. That server isn't there anymore(phyically there's a hole where it was mounted.) I've been manually turning them on for people.
