  3. Well post some detailed pics. But your best bet is to take it to someone that can look at it first hand and let you know if they can clean it up or not and to measure the bores to see if there still round and in spec and nicked or not.
  4. Ok. But i would ditch the VF fuel altogether if your going to run a stock head and on the lower side of comp. It wont do anything for you if you don't have the comp and timing to support it. It will for the most part hurt the performance more then help unless your running alot of comp and a good amount of timing. + its expensive anyways. Why are you sticking the stock head back on now anyways?
  5. What style of porting? .052 is pretty big though on a stock cyl IMO anyways. I run .042 on my motor. What was the PSI before on this motor and recently? And damn man..whats with posting this 4 times in a row. Theres a delete button you can delete the extra ones if you want to.
  6. But everyones bike is not the same and they all react different some even with the same mods and what not. For the time it takes (5-10) mins on the stockers to change your pilots or mains go ahead and do it like said above.
  7. 50-55 maybe if in perfect tune at sea level . If its ported correctly by someone that gives a damn proly some more. But "mild porting" like you say can be anything though from a touch up to whatever. Might be 1-2 HP from stock head to a cut one. But how much is cut and re chambered on this head. IMO you probably don't need VP114 at all, as its proly hurting your power more the anything if its not needed. As i bet they cut your head 30 thou.... What did it kick for compression anyways. Also whats your timing set at on your plate?

  11. My pipes are going on 6 years old. No bluing no rust just straight up blinging triple plate show chrome from from the cyls to the stingers. I take care of all my stuff i own though. Just like anything, if you treat it like shit, eventually it will look like shit. Note that i bought these used in great condition quite awhile ago also and i ride every other day during the season in gnarly terrain. Very light blue near the clys from the dick i got them from that ran his motor real lean and melted his top-end but i polished them right out to bling again after a while, but the chrome was not even in the same league as the triple show chrome on my pipes above.   19. I would just like to say that even if you do every damn shift mod in the world, if your eccentric screw is NOT adjusted properly it will shift like dog shit no matter what you do. Some people don't realize that claws on the shift shaft need to be set with the Perfect amount of gap on both sides where it grabs the star posts. Makes a world if diff even if its one mm out. So just saying, set it up right peeps.
  20. Grind them down exactly the same as you see in my pics except for the neutral and between 6th and 1st gear, don't touch those. Yes do what i did to the shaft in my pic. No problem. Shits easy as all hell.
  21. Here is the one i did for my trail/play bike. Shift star i modded. One on the left i did before this pic, one on the right i did right after this pic. Shift pro arm with roller bearing and easy spring (lighter tension). With all of this it shifts fuckin wicked. Never miss a shift ever, can find neutral every single time while the motor is running or not. Never pops outa gear. Some people don't like them all together, some people do. Im a believer, had them all for a few years now and haven't ever looked back. Good luck

  24. Told ya twice yesterday what jets you NEED to buy and install bro!!! $20 in jets or a few hundy in new pistons and a bore. Your call. Because 210's and 25's with pipes and filter when really cold out wont take too long to melt your top.
