  10. Andy, If you don't have a Clymers you should really grab one ASAP. They really help when your stuck or cant remember something. Anyways, i will post some pics from mine that i helped another member out with awhile back with also. Its very simple to do, just have your clutch basket off and everything is easy to see and to be able to take the shift shaft in and out. Remember to only adjust the eccentric screw while IN GEAR and not in neutral. Sometimes it takes a couple tries to set it all right with the perfect gap on both sides. Also when you get it set correctly. just spin the shaft that the clutch basket was on with your hand and then while doing this, shift through all the gears. (Need the tranny spinning to shift the gears properly) Oh before i forget, it is also 100X easier when your going to work on your clutch side, to flip the bike on it side and stick something under the bars to prop it up level, makes thing way easier to work on as its all right there...and your back and knees will thank you later.
  11. Good thread guys, cracked me up BIG TIME on this one. You better watch it Mr Lahey, or ill fuckin unload one on ya.
  12. Thats the YFZ seat on Verde's site. Here is the Same Scull pile one i bought from Verde for my shee a few years back. Very nice Quality, 100% Triple stitched throughout, great gripper material, hasn't stretched at all and still looks brand new to this day and i ride every other day during the season. I would buy another one in a heart beat, great price.
  13. You damn well know it buddy!!!! No insurance also. Just fuel up, scratch your balls and ride to where ever when ever....
  14. Well, you can atleast tell me what pipes are on it as well as the air filter setup. Stock filter with lid? K/N with lid or with out, clamp on k/n's (pods)? But quickly pull out the spark plugs and see what they look like. They could be fouled out, i would replace them anyways, there cheap. Ok, do NOT take it to some Clowns to work on it when jetting the carbs will take you 20 mins tops and proly no more then $20 in jets. Or if you want some idiots at a dealer or shop to change your jets for $200 then then there you go. DO NOT get a dyno jet "kit" !!!!!! What do the Carbs say on the side of them. keihin or Mikuni? IMO, this is a jetting issue, very so simple to change them out and yes you CAN do it if you can turn a wrench and a screw driver. You can do that cant you? Anyways we can do the work for free right here for you, all you have to do it turn the tools and ask questions. But you need to tell us what jets are in the carbs first off. Here is a link for you to read a couple times. very informative. http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/jetfaq.html Let us know when you know the jet sizes .
  15. There should be more numbers stamped into the top. Clean it off a bit and see. You can also use a bore gauge to measure it also.
  16. What pilots, mains and needles and the position the needles in? Also need to know all your mods, Temp outside and also your Elevation. So where is it boggy do you say, right off idle or all the way through the throttle? Just undo the bowl nut on the bottom of one of the Carbs and pull out the main and pilot and read the numbers stamped into them. Then check the needle in the slide also.
  17. Engine Ice!.......
