  1. Again, good to read it fully even a couple times. So then you will understand how stockers work and what to do and adjust them and so on http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/jetfaq.html But generally with pipes and a 27.5 pilot you will want them 1-1/2 turns out from fully turned in. But depends on alot of things also.
  2. Looks like you are getting down to some serious business with her now. Nice!!!

  4. Repack the silencers with any brand 2 stroke silencer packing. Takes about 15 mins to do both and about 10 bux. Can grab some from any local motor sports shop near you. If your near Blackfoot Motosports or Redline Motorsports they will have some on hand for sure. I usually just grab the FMF brand stuff as it cheap and lasts a good while. https://xcbobcom.accountsupport.com/shoppe/catalog/images/fmf%202%20stroke%20packing.jpg One package will do both, I unroll it and just cut it in half length wise and be done quick. To give you an idea what to do. There basically all the same idea just a lil diff but this gives you an idea what to do. http://www.palmyramx.com/race_tools/2stroke_silencer_repacking.htm
  5. Yeah, he seems lil a good guy when we BS'd about bikes on here. I helped him out with a bunch of info on jetting his bike also. Baker, whats the deal?
  6. Your for sure very lean on top. Do not run it again like this!!! I would start with like a 165, and proly end up at 162 or 160 mains. Seems a size big on the pilots also. But if it pulls clean down low, dont mess with it. Always better to start off a lil rich then get her so she pulls clean all the way through. Do some plug chops also. Do the list EXACTLY though http://www.dfn.com/benkaren/plugchop.html
  7. Unscrew it, wipe clean. Put in pull out, check! 1.5 L oil change. 1.7 L bone dry.
  8. Power, Power delivery and what not.
  9. Yeah, what ban99 posted is what i was thinking about.
  10. If i remember right there are some after market fender supports out there. Post a pic how bad they are. You can always trim them.
  11. Yeah you don't need stock. But use "All Balls Bearings" instead though!!!
  12. He is talking about taking the small gear off the big gear though.
  13. Easiest way is to press it off or use a puller. Is there a broken tooth?
  14. Vice, pliers, vice grips lightly. Oh and 2 more hands lol
  15. Well you gotta say your temps and elevation also. But in the meen time go through these pages and you will find people with the exact set up or close and go from there. http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=99361&view=&hl=Post%20your%20jetting&fromsearch=1
  16. Yeah, ive seen quite a few of them. They make them for DH mountain bikes and dirt bikes also. I know a few shops here have them. On my shee, my PA rear skid covers my sprocket anyways so no need for one.
  17. FUCK OFF!!!! Same size as that too!
  18. Pull the bowl off real quick, pull the main and pilot out, write the numbers down that are stamped on the jets and tell me. Then we will go from there.
  19. I say you get the same as me. 21/11/8 10 paddle Haulers, B2B buffs. Fun fun.
  20. Gotta grind and drill out the rivets. Then bolt your billet basket on and red lock tight it.
