  1. You could try a thin pointed punch and hammer and tap it counter clockwise out.
  2. Your battery needs a charge...
  3. DA whistles go WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
  4. I would just put them up for sale or trade and get what you need. Agreed.
  5. Those are 70mm spread from where the middle of the bolts for the rubber boots bolt into the aluminum. So no you can't put the smaller 60mm bolt spread ones on. This has nothing to do with how they bolt onto the Cylinders. Here is a link to the sizes man. Check it... http://www.bansheedepot.com/proddetail.asp?prod=22-5805
  6. Im assuming some billets. The 26-35 mm intakes take a 60mm spread bolt pattern and the larger sized take a 70mm spread bolt pattern. So no, you can't put smaller boots on the 70mm spread ones unless they're the 60mm spread ones. On my Pro design billet intakes i went from stock carbs to 30's to 35's all on the same intake, just bought new rubbers once, as they're the 60mm spread ones.
  7. Looks good so far man. Nice powder.

  9. Doesn't have too, mine was done on a lathe. Only real proper way.
  10. I use the Shift recons zip offs, or just jeans. I sprayed my shift pats with water resistant coating for just extra dryness, same shit i use on my snow pants.
  11. Why pay some fool $100 too do something SO very easy and simple. Honestly, it's so easy a caveman can do it. Here>>> http://bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=135591&hl=%2Bt.o.r.s+%2Binstall Any questions, just ask.
  12. Ive used both and a ton of other pipes, currently use the newer 916's. Can't go wrong with ether.
  13. Choke tube back in between the carbs? Slides in the right carb and the right way around? Broken reeds? Good spark? What all have you checked?
  14. You will get a million different opinions, here is mine. Anything that is bare minimum a 4ply if in the rocky shit. I will only run a 6ply around here and i use Rzr2's. Decent grip, last a long time, going on my 4th season with them and i ride the road a bit here and there, a bit on the heavy side but won't t pop and leave me stranded 40 miles into the mountains(done that before ). Ive been using tire foam inside my wheels for last year and this year for peace of mind too. There are a bunch of knock off raz, holeshot type tires out and around, im going to try the ambush tires next i think. Ive popped quite a few 2 plys like dunlops and stuff, they hook great but in my experience where i ride, they don't last long and are too soft for me.
  15. RMATV is hard to be for tire prices/shipping. Check them out.
  16. 90% of my riding is mountain trails, rarely does shit fly up and hit me. If anything, it's from the back tires when going very slow through mucky junk.....so i get on the throttle and clean the tires off.
  17. Ive been happy with my Laker plastic . Nice and thick and good quality and still shines even after 4-5 years.....just saying.
  18. I love them. I haven't had to mess around with these carbs for going on 3 seasons now (haven't even opened them in that time and I ride a shit load of temps and elevation changes through the days). Work awesome for the mountain riding I do up here. I used to have too mess around quick on the roads at about 5000' if I was wanting to ride higher up to 10k. Now I just ride up and it adjusts as I ride , no messin around. Pretty much does the same in the cold too, never a lean or rich spot. There is 5 settings, i started on the middle hole and have only adjusted them once when it was -20 for one quick ride too fatten them up some more then it could by themselves. I'm sure you have read about them. But if you need some pics of my set up or some real time info just hit me up. I use snorkles on them as well. I used them year and years ago on the old 670 summit i had. Worked well too.
