  11. Just had to slightly bend the 2 tabs down. Install box from bottom. Cut airbox posts off for clearance. I also shaved junk off of the sides of the air box i wouldn't use.(mounts and wire holders and tabs ect) Some gates reinforced hose cut to lenght. Perfect fit. Just enough clearance. All.
  12. You will need the right sized tap and drill bit as well. Very simple to install. thread tap (6mm x .75mm) drill bit (#6)
  13. I use 35PWK's,billet intakes, spacers and an airbox...all that junk moved it up and back a bunch. I needed the bit extra space as i have fuel lines plumbed into the bottom of my carb bowl nuts. I cut the 2 airbox posts off of the frame as they are useless. Then i just zap strapped to the rear mounts on the frame that were for the airbox. Works fine and is pretty solid for a few years now. I can throw up some pics if need be.

Grab some ODI Rouge grips, toss the overflow, move your CDI upfront, cut off all the unused frame tabs and junk haha...good to go.
  18. Yup just silicone the housing from the inside is what I did. P-brake, just cut them back as far as you like. I cut mine right back to the harness and electrical taped, then heat shrunk them to seal it all up. Good to go.
  19. Cut it all out and silicone the hole in the throttle housing.
