  1. yea bigger scavenging effect with the bigger pipe actually loop-scavenging on a 2stroke
  2. u should have a reading on the secondary .2 to 10 ohms is fine on the primary thats a lead to lead check make sure u have the key off should read 10k-50k ohms

  9. yes its on the edges of the basket. Your steel plates could be warped causing the drag and uneven dissengage

  14. timing plate lines up with the split in the case for adjustment what kind of compression? Pump gas?
  15. yea buy new sprockets when buying a new chain vice versa, yea u want to adjust links for teeth. If u have a stock swingarm a 520x120 should work 520 is ur link size and 120 is length u can pm me or post up on here when u get ur chain for cutting links

On a used one open the cabinets by the stove and look at the plumbing/fittings, get under and look at the tanks for leaks cracks and the hoses for dry rotting if it has a fuel station on our 06 they had the wrong gearing for the pump, they had a crew out in Glamis that replaced them for free tho that was nice i like Weekend Warriors we`ve owned 2

  19. yea u need to gauge it and get ur largest cyl. size check taper and out of round
  20. Anyone looking to get sum parts cleaned up send them my way! Nothing with paint, i can clean up cylinders/heads with carbon build up, or just want ur parts to have that custom look!   21. calipers.. hmm ok. well u can probably get that out of round with a rigid hone im considering doing top end jobs
  22. how did u come up with these numbers?? do u have a dial bore gauge??
  23. have u measured the Bore? is there still a little crosshatch? *U want a .002" piston to cyl. hone will take .003" out of cyl.
