I have a 91 shee that has just over 5 hours on rebuild Toomey t5 bored 30 over new wisco piston set hot rod crank upgraded rev box Ricky Stator, flywheel, stator and timing plate "I belive" Billet alum. reed cages boyesen power reeds wire harness cut to racing specs ok i have no power band i was told that the key for the fly wheel was wrong when i bought it " 2 days ago" so i bought a stock key i was also told the jetting is probably off it has a 270 main 28 pilot and im not sure what the needle is set at what should i start with as far as setting timing plate, what jets and what to set the needle at thank you
