Now for the "stability" part, a stock banshe should be more stabil than a full blown drag bike due to the fact on a full out drag bike the overall width is only 40" wide.   4. Saturday june 9Th is the first event with the two clubs joined ( C&R crew and Bithlo crew) The track has tons of potential, Great set up. Come on out to see if you have what it takes to get the track record in your name ........There is also a mud pit and a water hole drag for the utes to compete Location; east hwy 50 between Bithlo and titusvile, Right next to Speed world on the south side of hwy 50
  5. Try , Digitron EGT....this is a different type, but does the same things. These are a good tuning device If your running on the asphalt where you have enough time to down load your previous pass to a laptop. Those will tell you the temp of each cylinder, the power curve, which will help tune each cylinder

  7. Jon from sandtoz has never steered me wrong. I have shearer pipes on my 421 cub, and I also had cpi`s at one time. I prefer the shearers anyday. I wanted both out the left, but matt would make anymore out the same side. I would snatch them up if I didnt already get new shearers. As for the alky, I wouldnt go back, atleast not for draging. Once you get it tuned in, you will agree.
  8. I wouldnt expect a arm ripping difference by no means, but yes there will be a difference. Play around with the curves, get it on a dyno find what is best for your set up and riding type
  9. just mount it where the stock one is, NOT hard at all. we had one that we mounted the curve selector up on the front plastics just for ease of changing the curve.
  10. Personally, I would put the money elsewhere. I run stock ignigtion, and so do alot of guys who are very competitive. Dont get me wrong, a dyna might give you some plus`s, but your also gonna spend some time on the dyno to get the custom curves that would benefit your bike.
  11. I would have to say porting is the KEY as well !!! 06banshee dont think for a minute that mine isnt ported !!!! the porting in my motor is the only reason I can outrun the 535 guys period. I am 240lbs with a 4 mil, yes its a drag chassis, but porting is the key and Nate has done well with it !! Cutngrs will tell ya, he has seen my motor more than I have. ITS PORTED !!!! That 610 gets WORRIED every time we line up !

  14. Sorry, But the race will not be moved to another date, Due to the fact that 3 of the track staff foresure will be out of state to attend the "builders battle" race in Oklahoma. Which that is on a holiday weekend anyway. Correct me if I am wrong Jeff, But I believe he was charging 10.00 to T&T. SORRY for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone.   20. That was a rumor we had heard about the super cub motors. 535 is just mad because my 4 mil has been handing all his buddies from south florida their asses, and they all have 10 mil 535`s.

  25. Today was a great day to race!!! the track wasnt there, So NO 3`s this month, Boy was it choppy going down the track WOW ! Ocala racing team----- A.K.A ass crack racing dominated the outlaw class again this month. The "little" 4 mil was running again, and busy putting the big boys on the trailers again. Thanks to everyone who made it out today, It was good to see everyone again!!!!!!! Dave (375 banshee) hang in there brotha, it takes time. You are getting there forsure, getting the gearing, tires and everything doesnt just happen overnight!!!!! But I definately seen improvements today!!!!! Your day will come, and it will be good !!!!! I think the fastest pass my bike went today was a 4.07,4.11 @ 84, and 88.5 mph, But like I said the track just wasnt there, and it was like riding a tidal wave down the track. we will get the track in shape and turn out the numbers soon . I would like opinions of who raced today on how things went such as the test and tune before hand, and the classes. Thanks Dyno
