  5. " How the HELL" did they do that?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!?!
  6. Look around, I know of a couple of stes of lights out there that are used, But work perfectly fine. You can get a used tree for around 3k, Might not have all the bells and whistles, but will give winner and 60`. One of the biggest issues your gonna have is grooming the track through out the day, and possibly watering the track. Think things through, take your time/ dont rush it. If you have specific questions we could probably help more
  7. WORD !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just hope everyone doesnt get too scared before then !!!!!!! That little Nate McCoy motor is running
  8. BLAH, BLAH, BLAH If that bike is as fast as your lips, you have us all beat !!!! LOL You know as well as I do, Its gonna be hard to put me on the trailer in my class, Now, If I jump up a class, thats a different story---------- SUCKA I am NOT scared, I have a little 4 mil, If I lose to a bigger motor, So be it, I should lose. BUT If I beat you on a bigger motor, You know whos gonna be polishing who`s bike dont ya !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. FUNGUS !!!! LOL that a type of mushroom that grows wild, usually around end of April thru may------- NO its not the halusinagenic kind, Just some melted butter in a pan with some morals and mannnnnnnnnnnnn you have some damn good eating right there

  11. WOW !!!! I am from Northern Michigan, we always hunted traverse area and NEVER found any like that!!!, Thats awsome, Great find !!!!!
  12. Dave, Its more one little loss, two little loss, now go load it on the trailer and get your ass back in the tower where it belongs !!!!!!! 535 is such a pit bitch ROFLMAO Oh yeah, He wanted a 5TH wheel travel trailer, My trailer is a cargo goose neck!!!!! He also needs to get a truck big enough to pull it first !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  13. Hey Firehead, I am not clinically tarted. i have a 4 mil that will give any 10 mil all it wants, BRING it down, we are in Ga quit a bit too!! Dont pay attention to 535, he gets ruffled feathers quit easily. On a different note, I am 240 lbs, I have my flywheel shaved, stock ignition with a lock up, and it shoots out of the hole just fine
  14. I am sorry for being off the topic here, BUT David K. what state do you live in to have found a moral like that ???? That is HUGE !!!!!!! Back to the topic, what pistons were you using ??? It does sound like a chamfer problem like the others have said
  15. My bad, YES it was an 1/8 mile pass. I know that no-one from our group has ever made the claim to go to Oklahoma!!! A couple of us said we were gonna goto PS last year to check it out, and we went. Most of our group isnt asphalt guys, we are sand guys. The pic of my bike has slicks on it due to the road is right here to get the jetting close.
  16. 535 banshee has the fastest time here in Fl in the 1/4 mile ( Ibelieve it was a 5.80)with a banshee motor with stock ignition, we all down here in the south east mostly run stock ignition, with an adjustable timing plate, and we are NO sloutch to the rest of the world. We are bringing some of our bike to the "battle of the builders race" in Wynoka, Oklahoma memorial day weekend, Bring your stuff out and show us how much gain you have with it over our stock ignition parts. Oh, by the way I am only running a little baby 4 mil, BUT it runs, so get ready LOL
  17. Yeah, Thanks for getting it over here Dave !!!! I have been working out of state the past few weeks. So I have not been here much lately. Hope to see ya all again next weekend !!!!
  18. Any ups store
  19. It really depends on HOW you boxed it up. Example, When I shipp a motor, I use ups, But I also have to put it in a rubber maid type container, drill holes all the way around the top and zip tie the top on. With foam packed around the motor itself. Some shippers are funny about how to package motors. I usually end up paying around 75.00 to ship an entire motor ( depending on where its going), Hope this helps
  20. I have a Nate McCoy top end, his port work is awsome, and you wont find better customer service !!! He has treated me very well. There are soooo many builders out there, so you will have to make the call, its who you feel comfortable with. I will get you a number for Nate if you would like. Give him a call talk to him see what he charges.
  21. At our last race in Fl. , I ran a 14/41, Leaving in first ( sand wouldnt allow me to leave in second) with ten paddle rippers. I took first in the two classes I entered in. But, I am switching gearing for the next race, Along with some changes to the bike as well. Keep in mind I weigh 240 lbs. in a drag chassis +14 front, +11 rear. Good luck, this can be a real Biotch getting it right, But sprockets arent too expensive
  22. One more time, BUMP
  23. I believe methy only ran in the Heavy hitters class
  24. You are right on the chassis part. If you found a true "drag" chassis used for under 3k your doing good, and I am NOT talking a duner that someone calls a "drag" chassis either !!! Yes, I do have some coin invested in it, But its worth it to get on it and HAUL ass !!!!
  25. You dont have to spend ALOT of money on the BIG cc motors !!!! I proved that the last race !! I only have a 421 cubby motor, and Spanked some tail off of the big motors !!!!!!
