  1. Another union electrician here (seems to be a lot of us). IBEW Local 76 Tacoma, Wa. I'm Broke Every Winter Not this winter though as I've been with the same shop for 2 .5 years now. Very thankful for that because work as a whole is very slow right now.
  2. C6 Zo6 so my C5 Zo6 doesn't get lonely. 2006 viper coupe or a Saleen S7 would be OK too.
  3. I prefer a worn out set of paddle tires.
  4. stock=26mm reccommend=28 pwk's
  5. handlebars (raptor style), brake light, seat cover,& I think the newer headlights have a diff. reflector inside them.grab bars are painted now instead of chrome.
  6. Thanks cotton eyed joe. It was a pleasure helping you out with your needed parts. I appreciate your positive feedback & can only extend the same back to you. Great guy to deal with & great transaction. Thanks!! Chad
  7. Whenever I get a little down I just look & stare at wesw's signature pics. Picks me right up. No, really it does!
  8. Exactly. No 4 stroke will respond to mods as drasticly as the banshee (2 stroke). The 4 strokes most likely will never have the power characteristics of a banshee either. Yeah a 700R might beat it out of the crate but there just isn't any replacement for the lightswitch power of a banshee especially in the sand. It all comes down to diff. strokes for diff. folks. It's a 2 STROKE FOR ME!
  9. Same here except I did mine 2 saturdays ago, for powdercoating. Screw driver has worked twice on 2 diff. frames for me.

    shee parts.

I have a brand new coil without spark plug caps & I have a complete stock exhaust system from my 2005 banshee. Exhaust system was on the bike long enough to break the new motor in & were then removed. (headpipes, silencers, mid pipes, rubber couplers, & shields) $95 shipped. If interested pm me your email address & I can send you pics of everything. Postal money order or Paypal accepted.
  11. Couple hrs. left!
  12. I have a stock length DID 520 chain from my 2005 banshee. It has about 10-12 hours on it. I no longer need it as I am installing a +2 swingarm. It would come without a master link however, as I need that for my longer chain. $48 shipped.
  13. I have heard of Cometic gaskets having problems due to how thin they are & have lost a head gasket myself that was cometic. I run stock (yamaha) gaskets only now & wouldn't you know NO MORE PROBLEMS. Are yours cometic?
  14. PM's sent.
  15. I have both. I have a used magura hyd. clutch system complete however it does not work for a reason that is beyond me. I also have a 2005 stock clutch lever & perch (take off). $45.00 shipped takes everything.
  16. My frame from my 1990 that I'm parting out. BANSHEE FRAME
  17. I have heard that J arm bikes will have a sharper turning radius than A arm bikes but finally got to experience it when I went from my 1990 to my 2005. The 1990 turns a lot sharper than my 2005. I can't figure out what the difference is that causes this. The steering stems are identical, the stop on the frames are the same width the tie rods are exactly the same length, so what causes the radius to be so much diff. between the two bikes.
  18. Are your slides in backwards? I believe the cutaway portion on the bottom of the slide should be to the rear of the bike.
  19. They do look close but certainly manageable in relation to clearing the pods. My FMF's were a little close also & I took a tie wrap & lassoed the filter so to speak & gently pulled it slightly toward the center enough to clear. I just wanted to make sure the Trinity's weren't so close that I wouldn't be able to come up with something. RNBRAD & eveyone else thanks for the follow up responses. I think it's time for me to place an order! I will probably call Trinity this week & ask for Brock since he seems to be loyal around here, & have him send out a set. Thanks, Chad.
  20. Sand Skate 2 or Sandstars for playing. Haulers for drag!
  21. It's been several years ago now but I lost a crank seal & it was very obvious by the large amount of gear oil coming out the crankcase breather hose.
  22. Less than 12 hrs. til end of auction. Ends around 9 pm. PST. Thanks for looking.
  23. I have to agree.
  24. My powdercoater insisted on blasting the frame himself since he was going to be the redoing it.
  25. Yeah remove all rubber pieces....they don't like heat.
