  1. thanks for the tank topper and radiator shroud, ray.
  2. assholes run rampant. sometimes you just have to turn the other cheek..... i can post your pics here if you would like.
  3. i would say try some brake clean or some berryman....
  4. wow...putting down 4.6's on a 4x4 is flat gettin' it.
  5. the comment i made was a bit of a joke taken off ps.
  6. i would still say put your own ride in your sig. my banshee is ugly too.
  7. what jj&a sells, i would not consider a true spindle mount wheel. that is if you are talking about their 3 spoke hub and wheel. i believe wicked has some spindle mounts with mounting for front brakes. i know the direct drive spindle mounts that i have do not have any provisions for front brakes. i would also suggest a 4" wide wheel for duning and hillshooting.
  8. dont you ride with dutch? i havent seen or heard from him since gustav hit us last year. when are ya'll going to come up to sandhill, wiggins?
  9. my money is on the canam unless your bike has some balls to it and you can get the holeshot....
  10. this shift shaft mod makes shifting a bit smoother, like the star mod. i have had both but, not together in the same bike. i liked the way the modded shift shaft shifted (lol) over just the modded shift star. these mods are to help make smoother shifts.
  11. last i heard was anything smaller than a 10mill and you wont be considered a serious drag racer.
  12. yeap. you have the hot wire, which is energized while the bike is running, attached to the metal piece. that makes the metal end of your tether energized. oh yeah it will still work. i like to push people into mine while its sitting there and running.
  13. go to lowes and get some flatbar and bend it to fasten the pipes to the footpegs.
  14. you have your tether wired up backwards. i have mine wired up like that on purpose. keeps the rider on their tippy toes at all times.
  15. you can get some 1" square tubing from lowes. 12" from eye to eye will get your a-arms about level. you will have to eyeball the rear to see what works for you. what kind of track is this? ashland is about an hour and a half or so from me.
  16. i find it very hard to believe that there is a such thing as a good, reliable, new sprocket that only cost 5$.
  17. what is that in the first picture? is there a good bit of tension on the spring when you turn the kicker over? there is a groove in the engine case, behind the kick starter mechanism, that the spring fits into and will cause the kicker gear to not engage if the spring isnt set in that groove....
  18. i would say get some fattys. I had some on a banshee i used to have and it ran pretty hard for what it was. you ought to be able to pick some up for cheap and use the silencers that you already have......
  19. did you have the parking brake on while revving in neutral?
  20. since you are going with new, i would look at a jj&a. i like the way the hubs are set in place in the axle with a piece of key stock instead of the lsr drag axle that i have which uses the standard splines on the ends of the axle....
  21. where are you located?
  22. yeah that does look like the small press in gear on the back of the clutch basket. it would be impossible to kick start the bike without that little gear though.
  23. nope. i knew that i have seen someone post that bike here before. look here @ post #5 and look at the date.... http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?...p;hl=bomb+squad i'm not juming on anyone's case and sure not tring to be the hq police (other's here have that covered or think they do) but i am not an advicate of people adding pictures of someone elses' ride in their avatar or signature...
  24. is that your bike? i have seen a picture of it somewheres before.
