Take the piece that threads into the nut and turn it around. One end should have a groove and one side should be straight. thread the straight end into the nut. The c clip on the axle should rest in the groove when you are finished. Hope this helps.

I'm bout 230 miles or so above the gulf coast and we're gettin a good deal of rain and wind and we are in the projected path. It's done fucked up a lot of the coast already from what i have heard and i think its down to a catagory 2 but that bitch is still commin.

here's a picture of the nut. The side with the allen locking screw goes tward the sprocket hub. I didnt torque it down or anything just got it pretty tight and i didnt have any play in it so i tightened it down. I dont know u may be getting the nut too tight to push the c clip off. time will tell. i have bout an hour on it now and i havent broken anythin, yet.

I'd listen to the people's here in this forum than those dumbasses at the stealerships or whereever. They told me the same crap line. I asked em for some main jets 280 on up to 300 and they looked at me like i was crazy and wanted to know why I thought I needed jets that big. Right now I've got some 320 mains in with my fmf fatties and I think it may be a little lean. Shows how much they know at the shop. Id suggest getting some mains 280 on up to 300 and start rich. Bump your carbs with a screw driver handle to solve the over flow problem. usually works for me. Then go from there. I had 240 mains in my bike when I just had a K&N air filter and everything else stock. Hope this helps ya.

What's up fellas? I just got me one them purddy chrome g force axles. Seems to me to be well worth the 200 bucks that they are sellin em for @ RMATV. Looks way better than stock, pretty darn beefy lookin too and was pretty easy puttin on. Just wanted to give u guys a heads up. I havent seen many threads about it. I will be givin it hell this weekend and see how well it stands up. It came with some nice, heavy duty castlenuts on the ends and a nice beefy lookin 3 piece lock nut. Just a heads up for you guys lookin for a cheaper alternative to the durablue and lonestar axles. I can try to post some pics of it later today if you guys want. I've gotten alotta usefull info from you guys so I thought it would be fair for me to add my .02 werf. Peace out.

I have fatties and I'm runnin 320 mains, 3rd clip on the needle and 27.5 pilots. But I'm also runnin v force 3 reed cages and a K&n air filter with no air box lid and I'm at sea level. It pretty much hauls ass. That may help you. Just a word of advice, when you go to changin shit, do one of your fuel circuits at a time and get plenty of spark plugs and check them. It's all trial and error.

My old warrior has some fuses on the left side under the rear fender. Check there.

It's my turn to ask you guys a question. I just got some v force 3 reed cages and I cut the rubber tabs from my stock intakes. I know the stock reed cage only had a gasket between the cage and the jug. From the looks of the v force cage, it looks like you'd also put a gasket between the rubber intake boots and the cage. Is this correct? They did come with 4 gaskets. Thanks guys.
