  1. I've made a couple things for my bike myself, here's a few Footpegs extensions grab bar cdi relocation bracket 2" extended steering stem Key relocating bracket Easy drain water pump cover
  2. well you guy's are lucky cause up here in poor ass nova-scotia Canada its 120$ per 5 gal of whatever race fuel you want. ence why i just run 21cc domes
  3. looks alright off a deal but these shocks don't look like elka's.
  4. I'm talking about the bushings that are between the hub and the axle shoulder, they are there so you can adjust the width of your bike. stock is 44" front and back
  5. yeah its about 44", you might want to remove some spacers on your rear axle, Its not the best to be wider in the back, I like refering to it as the "3 wheeler effect" think about how tippy is a 3 wheeler... the best setup IMO is to be about 1" wider overall in front than out back.
  6. it probably more a 0.75 mm oversized than a 75mm piston. go at the shop with your cyl and get them to mic it. you will then know for sure what you got. oversize are in increments of 0.25mm so you will probly need a 65 mm piston.
  7. dont worry your facing a pretty critical failure. the broken components are going to be pretty obvious. your crank is probably grenaded if you found brass in there. and yes you will have to split your cases if the crank is gone.
  8. I Have the good o`l AC bumper. Pic is in my sig.
  9. nice! I had a similar transmission problem earlier this winter, sure sucks! piston looks like shit too! The rod goes inside off the front transmission shaft, its your clutch release rod. there should be a metal ball that came from the same place as well.
  10. I just swapped my stock axle for a gforce and i putted my stock axle for sale localy. some kid is asking me how much wider is a banshee axle from is blaster's one. will need you guy's help for this one thanks
  11. get an impact wrench and grab the hub in your hands real good, close your eyes and give'er!
  12. To answer your first question. For trails and sand pits PT mids will work best with a trail/mx port. they are a torquey pipe that like lower revs than most other pipes out there. and its going to be enough to beat some mild 450's on the occasionnal drag.
  13. where do you live man? I'm in NS too and so are a couple of other guys on here. It's no big deal to send your stuff down the states for a port job I've done it many times. Cost about 25$ to get it shipped. you wont regret sending them to a real banshee guy instead of some generic dirt bike/quad guys...
  14. no its not oxygenated, the guy i can get it from runs it in snowmobiles... pure. fuck these sleds must work if they 117 motor octane! he told me he was running between 8-10* of timing. and I would assume he's well over 200 in the compression to justify running that much octane. anyway back to topic. somebody must have a formula to get the right octane rating. Firehead?
  15. thats nice dude! did you make it?
  16. My bike is setup to run on 100 octane fuel. is there any way to tell how much octane I have in my pump gas / race gas mix? up here getting race fuel is not the most simple task... you get what you can from different contact. I just found a place to get VP C-16 I'd like to find out whats the ratio I should use to achieve the 100 mark. C-16is 117 motor Octane thats almost 10 point more that regular 110! there's no way I have to mix it 50/50 to achieve my needs! There is got to be a formula where you can calculate octane ratings of fuels mix.
  17. I have Wicked's +3's they are the shit! 425$ pc any color cant beat that
  18. Call or Email FMF. they should be able to tell you everything you want to know
  19. your gauge probly reads about 10 psi less than actual. if the treaded part is not as long as the spark plug thread. mine is that way. there is about 1cc difference between the 2
  20. its all good turn it around. I dont think they make two gaskets. dosn't matter where the rubber is
  21. go to any dealer that can get motovan stuff. 20$ for a motion pro one! its going to be there by the end of the week. you dont always save by ordering in the states IMO. I always check the motovan catalog online before I order something. when you calculate shipping and the 2 weeks delivery. I'd say tell that guy to fuck off and go get one localy! its not even worth the shipping price to borrow one and will need it more that one time trust me.
  22. +3+1 will make your banshee as wide as a 450 with +2+1 I dont know why it would be too wide for a banshee but fine with all the other bikes but anyway... I have +3 on mine and its works great. bike is 50 inches wide with stock offset. you should also think about a swaybar. Its essential in oval racing imo. I couldnt believe the difference it made!
