  1. Thanks for the compliment....now if it could just sell. open to any offers
  2. Another thing to add, it has a hinson basket and stock gears. Make offers on any of this stuff, he needs it gone.
  3. I got a buddy who i am selling this stuff for. The cylinders were ported by K&T. It dynoed at 107 but the only sheets he could find are when it hit 102. He is not wanting to part the engine out just yet, seeing if we can sell it complete first. The pipes are brand new still in the box. The billet shifter does not go with the engine but the kickstarter does. Ive never sold anything other than mostly stock parts so if any of this sounds too high just let me know and i will get with him and we will lower it. You can either reply here, PM me, or call him. His name is Scott and his number is 816-985-6717 Engine: 72.50mm bore 10mill crankworks crank Drag ported by K&T Brand new WCR 1-6 full override, never ran so it still needs broken in Lock up and cover with pancake bearing Engine has not been started since brand new crank seals and rings and cylinders were honed $4250 plus shipping obo Carbs: 39mm mikunis on gas with the braided cable and the filters $300 plus shipping obo Pipes Brand new still in the box, comes with all the bolts to put them together. Big bore $525 plus shipping obo Im sure there is more info on this, if you have any question don't be affraid to ask.
  4. that would help you out a lot.
  5. you got any pics??
  6. on my override greg at WCR just put a stock shift star on it. Its nuetral down though so i haven't experienced this...I have however had this happen on a 350 with stock tranny and cut star.
  7. He has a good point about the oil, but thats like anything on jetting...my guess is you didn't have it jetted right. You can make an OEM cylinder spit oil everywhere. And it also sounds like you didn't have your clearences right on your powervalves, ive been running mine for 4 years never had that problem You are correct on the pistons, very expensive Jeff at F.A.S.T can get them a little cheaper which is nice. Like loco said you could get a cub setup and be happy but so is the rest of the world...cub..cub...cub its what everyone runs. You can make a trex run good but its gonna cost more and be a bigger headace but i say go for it, im really happy with mine and not about to switch to a cub. I know it aint the fastest but i have beaten some cubs and im pleased with it, its your money. Good luck with it
  8. I think andy is no longer in business
  9. whoops wrong spot
  10. I used to have one on my black banshee. it is all stock except for the pipe and a k&n with no airbox. I actually enjoyed it a lot, i rode it at LS and had a blast, the sound was very unique too. But then i cam across a set of T5's and tried them out and i haven't taken them off since. The 2 into 1 was definitly a pipe of its own
  11. From my knowledge i think that your 370 long rod crank is just a stock stroke like 2strokespirit said. But i don't think your port timing will have to be changed. Cause all it is doing is putting a 5mm longer rod on the crank...so you run 795 series pistons which i believe has the wristpin 5mm higher.(not 100% sure ive never ran them or seen them) so that brings your port timing back to where it is supposed to be, so all you get from the longer rod is less of an angle on the rod and piston i could be wrong but this is how i think it works.
  12. damn you done that with a file??? how long did that take?? If you really want to get into porting or to just do it for personal uses and don't mind spending the money get you some tools from foredom or C.C. specialties...they both have a nice setup the kits really aren't too pricey especially if you get a couple sets under your belt they will pay for themselves..one thing about it though you must have patience patience patience...and like already said be willing to spend some cash on cylinders  Just cutting the intake and polishing the exhaust will get you great results along with a good carb, pipe setup. I ported the black and white bike in my sig and it amazed me on how it runs. Its outrun a few bikes ported by local shops.
  13. damn! that is bunches of fuel  I bet you can't go much bigger than that before there aren't any threads left on the jet...
  14. mm interesting...another thing interesting is my "dumps" are just normal kiehen 165 mains. I know weird isn't it, Andy at GRR set my carbs up where you can't adjust them, he told me he likes them better this way and it will work just fine. He was right ive never had a problem with them.
  15. I too made the switch to alky about three years ago, it cost me a piston my first time too like dajogejr. I will never go back either....now that ive got it right ive been running the same pistons for about 2 1/2 years and can still read the part numbers on them! I could probably lean it out some but its lasted forever and seems like it runs good to me. My mains are .116 what are everyone elses? I think my elevation is 900 or close to that..im just curious to see other jet sizes
  16. damn, ok let me know if it falls through.
  17. you wanting to part on the trex intakes yet?
  18. look at the description of the bikes in his signature...that is the 2000 he posted pictures of.
  19. damn wish you lived in MO
