  1. I have a Trinity 421 4mil PV cylinder set up...Never had any issues with it...runs strong as hell when ever I ride. I didn't have them build it....I bought it second hand from a member here and had to rebuild the motor due to incorrect jetting for the weather and altitude( very quick weather change). I had to order parts from them and the customer service was ok i guess....tooka c ouple tries to get someone to answer but i got my parts and very quickly... Angel ripper....wow dude.....some of your posts leave me speechless...your loyalty to Trinity, Alba, Duncan is awesome....but why do you call others who are loyal to other builders like K&T, and some site sponsors "sponsor nut lickers"? That, to me, is a hypocritical statement...because you are calling yourself a nut licker for Trinity, Alba and Duncan...There is nothing wrong with not choosing your choice of builders but yet you call those who choose somene else to build their motors, well idiots. just because builders don't have the PR, or funds to go build a bike for pike's peak or the pont du what ever race doesn't mean they aren't as good as Trinity etc...As far as ou calling around to see who has the cheaper prices is called shopping around and we all do that. it's not like we have an endless amount of money lying around to blow on parts etc....you make it sound like we say the site sponsors have the cheapest prices...I looked and that was never said...I build and tune my own motors. if i have issues i will come here and get my answer on what to do to fix it...if I have machining that needs done I will shop around and find the cheapest person who does the best work and will stand behind his work should an issue arise from what he did. As far as how the bike is build is the key to winning.....think again...if you took 5 bikes that are built identical and put them in a race....they won't come in 1st,2nd,3rd,4th,5th place..... they may come in 2nd, 5th, 9th 15th, last place....it all depends on the skill of the rider....for example...look at the motocross/supercross bikes...they are set up almost identical (as per regulations) or better yet NASCAR...especially nascar....one person will win more than others because of his skill... Point is......don't bad mouth some one for not agreeing with you and being loyal to someone other than who you are loyal to.......you tend to do that in just about every post you make....
  2. This guy has been trying to sell this for a long time...close to a year i believe. i see it on Ebay a lot and on craigslist. He dropped the price considerably from the 1st time I saw it...But yeah...He's not going to sell it for that amount...He'd have better luck parting it out.
  3. Trex, trinity, DM( I think) have PV'd cylinders....as far as how nasty they are... Not really nasty...they will act just like the cubs but with more of a low end due to the PV's in the exhaust port. the PV's are great for duing, trail riding(smaller PV'd motors, well I think)
  4. Now that all depends...one what yor idea of "best place" is...I bought mine from casecadeinnocations.net because of their chrome that put on their pipes...You can also get a set from Jeff at FAST toys(forum sponsor), ebay, and a handful of other places....prices to vary and sometimes you'll find a set for sale on here.
  5. the extremes have a flatter profile compared to the haulers. The hauler are more roundish..and I think the extremes have a stiffer blade and may be a bit bigger in height
  6. I know a couple people that ride on the streeet and have used them. They have the bluetooth models and like the features it has...Can answer their cell phones and such and talk to each other while safely riding on the street..The only issue they had was that the extra weight on the side of the helmet makes the helmet sag on that side and can get uncomfortable after long rides...
  7. I doubt you'll see a 20 degree drop in the banshe but in the street bike application i could see it. it's used for everything and they claim a 20degree drop but they don't say where they saw it...I use it and like it. I've never had an overheating issue with it....just a peace of mind I guess
  8. Ok next question....what size rims do I run... i know I need a 10in rim but uh...What width? they are 22-8-10
  9. Ok I just bought a set of Front dune trackers off of arfountain..Pulled them out of the box and saw that on the rib down the center of the tire that on side rounded and one side is flat..it doesn't say whether or not thet are side specific so that's why I'm asing you all. Are these side specific and if so what side do they go on.
  10. As most of those who bought stuff of off arfountain he is a pretty stand up guy....Bought a set of dune tracker off of him and shipped pretty damn quick.....Even held on to them for me for a week due to pay issues I had to get corrected....Great guy
  11. What kind of head does it use?? I thought ALL the cubs used the stock/cool/NOSS heads
  12. Any head that can bolt to the stock cylinder will bolt onto a cub set up. The max bore is 72mm but that is considered a super cub. Any piston that you can put in the cylinder will work but people have their own preferences as to what piston to use. the cheetah cylinder has parts ONLY for the cheetah....like the head, and reeds cannont be used from a stock or cub set up.. the reeds have to come from a TRX250 or a cr250. The head is specific to the cylinder and will come with the cheetah cylinder if yo buy one. The max more on the cheetah will bepend on what size crank you go with i think the max bore up the 7mm is 68mm and from there it goes to 72mm but with the 10mm and larger
  13. What bend are they?? That's where i get all confused....I think there are about a dozen or so different bends for the SE bars
  14. ok so i got it figured down to 3 bars...the TAG T2's, renthals or the pro tper SE...I like the T2's the most(the look Im going for) but they don't make the TAG bars for the banshees anymore. What are the bends that you aguys are runing....I'm 5'8" and the set I have now feel high to me...Don't know what bend they are because they came with the bike. I have no idea what bend I'm looking for since I don't know what a ATV high/mid/low bend looks like....Help a brother out. I've searched ebay, rmatv, chaparral, denniskirk, motosportoutlet and nothing.
  15. from what i can see it looks like the average cheetah PV cylinder in the 10mil setup with some extra crap added. So they added some facy crap to it....it's still a cheetah PV motor....
  16. Since mine are bent from flipping my shee I am in search of some bars...I like the TAG type without the brace in the middle and was wondering what infpo you guys can give as to what bend, model, etc. I'm 5'8" so I don't need a high bend I do mainly sand and may do some trail riding and I don't wnt anything that is real wide. Any info is greatly appreciated....thanks
  17. Would these be beneficial for my '99 shee(mods are in sig) over the stock carbs??
  18. Well i just bought $650 worth of Cooper tires for my truck....pretty good tire so far...the guy that owns the shop i got them from praises these tires...I've owned a set of Zeon's for my mustang and they were aprettty good tire....hooked up pretty good under WOT and not very much road noise....
  19. You have pics??
  20. anyone?? I have an electric nut shaver I can trade..it works real well...will go thru skin if needed
  21. the way the book describes to time it is way wrong... I tried getting the timing set on an 01 my roomie had. i followed the directions the manual had listed but when we went to start it the piston slapped a valve and fucked it all up...I'd take that thing to the stealership and get it done...after i tried 4 times i said screw it. The stealership i took it to had 4 technicians and 2 weeks before they got it right...that's why i'll stick to 2 strokes.
  22. Ok so since bitching about something is the favorite thing to do the past couple of days, I figured fuck it I may as well add my 2 cents worth.... People pissing off loco and calling everyone who hangs off of FAST Jeff's nuts nutswingers.....well speaking of nuts.... Don't ever use a mustache trimmmer to try to shave your nuts. That shit hurts when it bites into your nut sack, it really fucking hurts...and bleeds quite alot. I'll stick to Nair or my Gillette Fusion razor....
  23. As the description states...Looking for some black or silver/polished rims in GOOD condition. Nothing that's stained, bent, or something that looks like it has curb rash on the lips of the rims...please include pics. i do have paypal. Thanks
  24. if i remember corectly...there will be about a 20-30 psi increase from 4500ft elev. to glamis...you will notice a hell of a difference in power...a lot more of it...
