  1. I was playing on ebay and stumbled across some guy parting out his shee. Selling the frame and swinger for $10,, left/right a-arms and spindles...$10...I don't think he listed anything over $10. If I had some money I'd be all over some of the stuff. randyalli is the seller

  4. The plastics on my shee's look like they could use a bit of shining up. I thought about using the Meguiar's Gold class or NXT car wax on the fenders but I wasn't sure if it would cause the plastic to discolor later on down the road. I did a search on here and nothing came up as well as on Meguiar's site and nothing. Any help is greatly appreciated as always...
  5. Yeah I know... I got screwed this last pay check....It was short $700 and the bank doesn't know where it went..We can see that I was given the full amount but then $700 just disappeared into thin air... after a few phone calls they are going to do an investigation and it can take up to 3-4 weeks so I'm going to be playing catch up the next couple weeks money wise. If it wasn't for that I would have bought the CPI pipes from 06banshee and I would be riding the cheetah by now. Yeah I was highly pissed
  6. If you are 100% stock it just might be the oil or it might be that ratio you are running. Running too rich is better than running too lean. if the bike runs with out any problems I wouldn't worry too much.
  7. try 32:1 and see how much it smokes....If yo ulisted your jetting/ engine set up we could help a lot more
  8. I would first down size the main to like a 340. I think you are running WAY WAY too rich but I could be wrong since I don't know much about NOSS heads...That could be your problem. I'm at 400ft elev. and I currently have a 340 in mine and I'm really rich. i should have a 310 in. Did this start happening right after the rebuild??
  9. I know they will be easy to talk to. Everytime I ask a seller how their product is they ALWAYS say " It's the best you will find" or " this will be perrfect for you" etc... I just want to know if anyone has actually ridden a shee or anything with their shocks

  12. $30 total for stock tie rods PC'd the Vein red... If that's the case go ahead and set them aside for me. The A-arms on my '99 are PC'd black.......

  15. So say I went and bought some black ITP Baja rims and was wanting the beadlock ring PC'd the Vein red(that I absolutely love) how hard would that be....I don't know if the ring comes off that's why I ask this seemingly dumb question

  17. The head was not anodized. I used 500 degree engine paint as a base coat and then painted it Medium Garnet red metallic bought from Pep Boys.
  18. Yep just duning and messing around.....Yep the wife is already making plans for the other shee(she decided it was going to be hers). She wants all blue plastics with some chrome accents here and there. i showed her a few pics of some blue shees on here that i liked and she liked them too, so at least she has a starting point as to what SHE has to buy, her bike she pays for it.....that is until she makes me pay for it... Yeah this town is exploding. There are new houses going up everywhere. Most of the fields that you may remember are now houses....I'm surprised they haven't started building in the field across the street from me...Which I hop doesn't happen.

  20. FIRST.... Um...... Throw the power now valvs away and slap yourself for buying them. They provide the same performance enhancements of a boost bottle...NOT A DAMN THING...I see you're fairly new here so I won't bash on you too hard. IS the TORS removed or still connected???? That's what it sounds like. Check the air screws..Should be 1.5-2 turns out from bottom, make sure the carbs are sync'd, clean the carbs and filter, etc...Yes the Vito's needles can be the cause.
  21. I will for sure post up a vid of when I first kick it over. I will have to get my helmet cam set up correctly for it's maiden voyage.
  22. The Oven cleaner didn't seem to affect the chrome any,,,,well from what I can tell
  23. Wrong town.. :beer: ..Cinnamon is in Lemoore. I'm in Hanford. I live north of grangeville Off of 11st, down the street from the park.. i asked kai how he had it set up and he said he had SB on it for the low end and mid torque. Better for acceleration. Said big bores would work but were more for top end speed. I won't be doing much high speed runs( After the break-in period :biggrin: ) it'll be more for duning and for messing around
  24. The heavy duty oven cleaner and SOS pad worked like a charm. I soaked a rag with oven cleaner and set over the melted pants part and let it soak for about 20 minutes and then i took a SOS pad and the stuff came right off with out scratching the chrome finish or the rust. The rust spots and stuff are still there but at least the melted pants stuff came off. Got any suggestions on getting rust spots off??
