I asked the same question before I bought this and the answer i was was yes they can be made trail friendly. Low and mid range torque and power would be good-great for trails. The motor would be considered over kill for trails. You can Bansheeseat$$(previous owner of my shee) or anyone on here who have cheetah P.V. motors about their thoughts on this.

Hell yeah I'm excited...I have a hard time sleeping at night just because I was to ride it so bad...As far as the shifter, I put like that because my Fox Pro Forma's are kinda stiff( Not fully Broken in yet) and it was hard to get under the shifter and shift quickly(on my '99) so I moved it up and will try it to see how it works. The shifter is like that on my '99 and I love it.

I let my room mate at the time ride my shee and he managed to melt his riding pants on my pipes. I have tried a few things and nothing works. I don't want to scratch the chrome on the pipes. Any help is greatly appreciated

Did you do any mods or anything right before this started happening?? Can you give us some more info on your engine mods, if any?? If it ran better after dropping main jet sizes try droping another size or try putting in a bigger pilot. Like a 27.5.

Before I bought mine from Bansheeseat$$ he was running 14/41 gearing on 22-11-10 8 paddles and it ran 62mph up sand mountain in Fallon Nv. which is at 4500 above sea level.

I guarantee that if you post those bad boys on ebay you will get $400+ for them. I was watching a set and the price went from $200 to $415 in a matter of 2 minutes with 2 days left on them. CPI in-frames don't last long anywhere.

I've already promised 06BaNsHeE to buy his set. If that falls through you will be next on my list...

From what i understand you just pour the Engine Ice in and go from there. A little distilled water shouldn't hurt anything.

Got my cheetah all put together and had to do a comp. test on it to see what gas I would have to run. With teh engine not broken in and rings not seated it sits at 170psi on both sides. I now that I have to run striahgt race gas on this thing of at least 110 octane. What brand should I go with?? The different dealerships in the area provide a a variety of brands. I know one sells VP and not too sure of the others. I know one sells 113 octane if a remember correclty but I could be wrong. Could I put in too high of an octane gas?? Any help is appreciated.
